What a fantastic and unique experience at El Conquistador Mexican 3 in Inman! The salsa bar was so much fun — so many different options to try, each with its own flavor and kick. The atmosphere was lively with great music, and it’s clearly a popular spot.
The portion sizes were very generous. We had steak with shrimp and chicken with beans, and everything was full of flavor. They even served nachos, which was a nice touch, and the kids’ meals came with curly fries — a hit with the kids! The restaurant was clean and well kept, adding to the overall positive experience.
One tip: don’t fill up on the complimentary chips, or you’ll miss out on the incredible flavors of the rest of the food. We’ll definitely be back!

I LOVE everything about El Conquistador in Inman. The food is delicious with a wide variety different from your “standard” Mexican restaurant menu. The staff is courteous, friendly and welcoming. The food lands on the table just looking GOOD! Try one of their specialities, like my personal favorite, La Favorita – steak, chicken and shrimp with vegetables on top of rice with cheese sauce. Plus a wonderful salsa bar! Make a tasty lunch or dinner choice and go to El Conquistador in Inman today.

Lunch combo #11 is one of my favs, chicken or steak, both are exceptional. Substitute the chips with rice, excellent meal!! Staff are very friendly and courteous, highly recommended. Best place all around for food and atmosphere!

It’s not to often I see items on a menu I haven’t tried before.
El Conquistador has many menu items I haven’t heard of before! Yes!
I tried their Huevos Vaqueros. Because of that very reason. It was delicious!
There is a huge salsa bar, again with many selections you normally don’t see on a salsa bar.
Next time I’m in the area, I’ll be stopping in again to try a new dish!
Oh! Almost forgot. The prices are really good too!

Super clean, bright colors, and festive feel. Food is very good. The steak poblano was made the CORRECT way with a good qualitysteak and a whole pepper on top, which is rare in our area.
