Greetings Tropical Smoothie,
I’ve come to this location several times and the smoothies are bland & not well balanced with the fruity taste I and my wife desire.
The chocolate PB protein has been amazing, but the Island Green & the Blueberry Bliss hasn’t.
I hope to see this improved as a valued customer.

Excellent, healthy alternative and one of the better places to eat in Centerton, Arkansas. Their service was excellent and the food was great. Even with a busy drive thru we were served quickly and efficiently. The facility was spotless and well maintained. The associates were friendly and helpful. We had the chicken pesto panini and the hummus veggie bowl both with kale and apple slaw. My second time to dine here but my first time to dine in. The pics were after we had eaten a bit due to overwhelming hunger and great dishes. I will be back. If you’re looking for real food and great service give it a try. You’ll love it!

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Would NEVER recommend! Im a doordash delivery driver, I went to pick up an order, there were 2 teenage employees neither at the counter both in the back the female was on a personal phone call the male was scream singing when I walked in, then just screaming multiple times leaving counter unattended, I said hello?? The male screamed hello! Back finally the female peeked around the corner saw me ended her call and asked what I wanted. The male peeked around corner and returned to back. Female returned with order no apology fir their behavior, no thank you nothing. Horrific service. I will never spend my hard earned money there

Tropical Smoothie is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat. Prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. This is a sleeper in my opinion. I love the chicken pesto and Caribbean jerk wraps, but plenty of options for everyone.

We use to come here a lot and never had a problem. I don’t know if it’s new staff or something else, but recently we’ve only had bad experiences. The employees don’t communicate with each other about orders so there’s always confusion between the people in the front and the people in the back. They’re always goofing around or on their phones. We aren’t greeted anymore, or even acknowledged until we’ve been waiting at the register for several minutes. The last time I went in, they forgot one of our items so I went back and when I walked in the door I stepped on a peeled banana; it was as if they were having a food fight (also taking into account the tone/atmosphere). Today we went drive thru and they forgot one of our items again. I’m very disappointed in my experiences and the unprofessionalism of their employees. I will say that the food is always delicious.

I love tropical smoothie!! They always make the best smoothies. I went through the drive thru and they always take my order right away, once I pulled up to the window a nice lady took my payment and saw my children and gave them free cookies! I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was very sweet and uplifting.

Deleted my other review years ago to add another, Ryan and the other lady were AMAZING!! So appreciate their customer service and enthusiasm. Enjoy every time I go, they definitely have a great manger who hires the right people!
