The place is usually busy. That means there is something worth waiting for. I love this place. Never had a bad item. Prices are as fair as can be. So many choices. So many options. Icecream to hotdogs. There is usually a wait. I dont mind. Keep up the good work!

2nd visit here….food is great, shakes are a good choice. Prices reasonable. Call ahead or pull up in your car , get out and order at window. Friendly service, fast. Foot long hot dogs are delicious with all the toppings , is very filling! Onion rings great also.

We arrived at 8:15 and waited 15 minutes in line to find out they closed the grill at 8:00 when they don’t close down until 9:00. We went out of our way to drive there because we really enjoy the Big T. It’s summertime. Stopped in after placing my order and half the order wasn’t there and than when I called to tell them,whoever the new younger girl is wanted to do nothing but give me attitude about a mistake she made! I paid for everything I ordered so there for the problem should be fixed without any complications!! Need to retrain your employees and teach them to give some respect to the customer (especially when they messed it up)
Side note when your order any kind of taco salad or nachos make sure they open a fresh bag of chips so your not disappointed with stale ones

Wanted to get my mom some food for her birthday and she picked here. Waited in line for 20 minutes with at least 4 people working, and we weren’t even acknowledged. A simple “We’re sorry that we’re taking so long, we’ll be with you shortly” would have been good. We only saw one customer get their food in that 20 minutes, and it was a small order.
It seems as if it were teenagers / young adults working at that time, messing around when they should have been actually fulfilling orders.
I would not recommend this place, unless they have employees working that take the job a little more seriously, especially at peak hours.

My family and I just left a local fall festival and wanted to get something sweet for the kids. We would always see this ice cream place on the side of the road but would never really give it much thought. That day we decided to stop here. The prices were very reasonable and they serve everything from sandwiches to “blizzards”. My family got some milkshakes and they had plenty of picnic tables outside sit on. It was a great place and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a sweet treat ( or savery) place to go to!

I didn’t eat here. I blew the head gasket in my mazda. Not knowing anyone in the area I went asking around about parts and such. Everyone, staff and customers alike were very helpful and hospitable.

I had a lot of problems with this place first it took way too long to get my order second there was hair in our ice cream 3rd hour ice cream was half melted by the time we got it. Also the place did not smell very good and wasn’t pleasing to the eye. The workers were very kind but I just didn’t appreciate the service.

The best shakes in southwestern Ohio and the most reasonably priced, too. Blows UDF out of the water. It’s a very popular dairy bar with limited parking. I always phone in my order so that it’s ready when I get there. If the parking lot is crowded I park in the Subway across the road.
