This is not about the service or the atmosphere one time. Quite a while ago I got a cheesesteak which was very good tonight and I know it’s a Sunday evening at 8:00. We ordered a pizza half sausage. This is by far the worst pizza I have had in the last 4 years. I don’t know if this got one off or this is your standard. At this point we won’t be back. The person who answered the phone doesn’t know what she’s doing repeat the spelling 3 times time get rid of her. And our pizza is always not too hot the driver is weird didn’t give us a receipt we ask how much he said $ 30 . In my opinion need to hire more experience drivers and someone who has experience in answered the phones. Gina is really nice and the food is good you will get more people if you make changes. Does anyone agree with me. Every time we call to make a order there’s a problem that young girl doesn’t know what she’s doing. I don’t want to order elsewhere..

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheesesteaks.
After I already paid I realized that the cheesesteaks were supposed to be $15 each but I got charged $17.50 each. They wouldn’t give me a reciept or refund me my extra $5 that I was overcharged. I showed them the paper menu with the price and they immediately started removing the paper menus from the front counter so I wouldn’t have any proof of myself getting overcharged. They basically told me that $17.50 was the price and acted like I should be grateful to them. The lady that appears to be the owner actually said to me, ” would you like me to charge you more?”
Wow Vinnies Pizza, what a great way to treat a first time customer. That will also be my last time in your filthy pizza place.
So filthy that every seat cushion in there was stained black with dirt.

We’ve been going to Vinnie’s forever, and the quality has always been great. We call in for the luscious pizza and often a sandwich, and then we pickup. The orders are usually ready on time, and the pizza has just come out of the oven. The family that owns Vinnie’s is nice and still maintains the business. They’re also good with community involvement. Even though there’s another pizzeria near us, we still count on Vinnie’s. 10/10 will recommend
