Fantastic food, drinks and atmosphere. I recommend the skinny margarita. Everything I’ve ate here has been full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The staff is great and they have good music, what else do you need? Ignore the mixed reviews and try for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

I would call this Mexican food with a twist. I had the pozole for an appetizer. It was different from what I used too. However, it was a nice surprise. It was made from chicken & green sauce.
We shared the combo fajitas. Very tender. Frozen Margarita was excellent. The acoustics in the place is one of those places where it’s really loud. That’s not my favorite. Very friendly & attentive staff!
Overall pretty good. I will be back. Give it a try.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Tequila Ranch Cocina for Día De las Madres, May 10 2025! Everything from start to finish was perfect. The appetizers were flavorful and beautifully presented—a great start to the meal. My salmon was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and simply delicious. The grilled vegetables were a standout too, full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. My companion had the steak and it was absolutely fabulous. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor—every bite was a delight. The seasoning was spot-on, and the texture was just right: tender with a beautiful sear. It was clear that high-quality meat and expert technique went into preparing it. Highly recommended for any steak lover!
The bar drinks were to die for—creative, well-balanced, and beautifully crafted. The dessert was the perfect ending—rich, indulgent, and absolutely satisfying.

Wr wanted Mexican food. This is upscale Mexican food. Fancy. The fajitas had 2 slabs of potatoes across the top of the thick sliced chicken. Our daughter is allergic to potatoes. She told the waitress asked for just chicken, but the order never came. This Mexican resteraunt is much higher in price than normal Mex resteraunts.

What a great find just off I35W! We enjoyed a delicious meal early on a Saturday evening and were delighted with the food, margaritas and interior of the restaurant. We started with queso and the small portion was perfect for two of us. The frozen mango margarita was delicious with a rim of tajin. My entree of enchilada mole was delicious. Serves with black beans and white rice, little remained on my plate. If you live nearby or if you are traveling on I35W between Denton and Ft Worth, I highly recommend Tequila Ranch!

On February 14, 2025, we revisited the establishment once again. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet our expectations. The server, Amanda H, seemed to be inattentive. Our fajitas were delivered by a kitchen staff member, but without the tortillas. The server checked on us about 10 minutes later, and we asked for the tortillas to enjoy our meal. After waiting another 5-10 minutes, the tortillas were finally brought to us, but by then the food had cooled down significantly. We requested chips and salsa when the server asked if we needed anything else, but they were only brought after we had finished our meal. When we mentioned to the server that we no longer needed the chips and salsa to avoid wastage, she replied with a hint of attitude, saying, “oh… okay.” and took them away. To compound our disappointment, our plates were cleared before my wife had finished her meal. It seems it was an off night for her, however, customer service is a top priority for any business. Customers may not always recall the waitress’s name, but they will remember the poor attitude and the restaurant, leading them to not return.

Can’t believe this spot is minutes away from my house! Been to tons of Mexican restaurants around DFW but this a place is honestly one of the best I’ve ever been to. The food is incredible and the service is super friendly and helpful. Always had great experiences there with all the staff. Margaritas are some of the best around also. Can’t say enough good things. Get the pastor tacos they’re insanely good!

What a great new addition to the Argyle/Northlake community. A little Gloria’s style vibe w amazing cocktails and fresh foods. Be sure to enjoy the great patio or sit at the bar and watch the ballgame. Happy Hour Tues-Friday 2-5. Closed on Monday. Check it out.
