Came to Gilroy KFC to order their new Mike’s hot honey chicken my family and I were excited for it. We live about 15 minutes away. We drove up here we ordered it. We got home to our surprise. None of it had hot honey chicken all of it was just like soggy chicken. The fries were old so I headed back to get my order fixed. I’m trying to talk to the people they’re not wanting to cooperate and not trying to work with me and can’t seem to find what’s wrong even though I’m telling them. The manger in the photo on right side made it so bad that I had to threaten that “Ill take pictures And put a review up just to get them to remake my food because they are turning me down and trying to say that they can’t remake it” so I started to take photos and said I’m writing a review. Then they decided to remake my food. Jorge in the photo was the only one that came to help out the other people in the photo just made it more confusing and Hard. Also gave my 2 kids the chicken nuggets as they were hungry and I felt bad for making them wait.
Beware of people‘s attitude at this location as if you ask them to remake it they throw a fit!!!! They don’t care about becoming better!!!!
Omgosh just got home AGAIN after leaving there and they still didn’t put mikes hot honey on the sandwiches, called back to speak with manger again and she said bring it back I’ll make it again. I live 15mins one way couldn’t believe she didn’t make sure my food was good and shame on me for not checking the food before I left the second time!!!!
Hopefully they can find someone that can represent them better and lead a team with a better with working with the public as she needs help!!!!!

The food is still good, even though I do not eat here that often now because there are no self-order kiosks. I prefer to use the app because it might take a while to decide what I want to eat and can afford.

Just went to KFC on lunch, only to receive what they call a biscuit, I would call a petrified bread for animal feed, maybe, no boxes for lunch either, my biscuit was so hard, KFC didnt know what it was, they called it Fries as the picture shows… First time they’re potatoes and gravy , extra bland il almost scared to try wings, looking at them and seeing that they aren’t properly fried, due to color being yellow..straight reflection or management or better , lack of management…..oh, I tried the wings, ….if ya want to know whT they tasted like, try making pigs in a blanket,..but dodnt cook them….pure dough or disgusting unflavored batter…I stand by my words …

Went through the drive through about 9:30 at night. Did not get the coleslaw with my order and the chicken looked picked through and they literally put a dash of mayonnaise on my chicken sandwich. Will not go to again!

Went through the drive-in repeated my order three times. The girl could barely speak English. told me to wait 10 minutes I finally went inside and showed them my receipt with a totally incorrect order. then it took them 15 more minutes just to give me back my money on my card. This place is terrible now

It seems to me that this location has improved a lot recently. It used to be terrible service and terrible food. I felt that I was treated well and the food was fresh and good. The chicken used to be super fatty and gross but not anymore. It’s quite good actually. My order was correct and given to me quickly.
