Staff seems angry all the time – like you’re inconveniencing them by being there. Food can be alright, but often is hard to call “food”. Peanut butter cookies are particularly good. Salad bar is pretty solid, although some days they made some interesting choices – like serving 1-3 cubes of cheese instead of grated. Overall we stayed fed during out AT, but I couldn’t imagine eating here for months or years. My biggest complaint though is staff attitude, I known it’s probably not the most fun or exciting job in the world but it wouldn’t hurt to at least pretend to be nice…

The best food in Fort Riley, Kansas! This place has everything. Great customer Service and food to die for. My best meal was the Spagetti with American Cheese on top. They have fresh baked cookies available all the time and have both Coca Cola and Pepsi soda drinks. Let me tell you about their deserts. The Jello, just like how mom used to make it. Thank you Whiteside Warrior Resteraunt for the best experience. LEAVE NO FALLEN!

The place is very clean, The servers dishing out the food are very kind and polite. Salt and pepper Shakers we’re very few . Somebody needs to learn how to cook steaks. The steak I had I could Not eat, it was so overcooked.
I could Have used it as shoes Leather. But all in all the food is Good

I walk out after a busy day of work got my food and hear a lady saying “why they wait until the last minute to come here like go home “ we meal are holders don’t have a option our BAS money automatically goes to the defac trust me I will love

Generally there’s a good selection of food. Currently more limited because of covid-19. They generally seem to have a Sunday brunch, but not always. On Thursday, they generally serve comfort food for lunch such as ribs, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, fried catfish, etc. They won the top dining facility competition in 2019 and 2020. If you have a chance to visit on things giving when this competition takes place, they usually have an assortment of foods and many people wear their dress uniforms. They offer to go plates as well if necessary.

The chances of you joining the clean plate club is next to non, I would have given this experience 0 stars but that’s not an option. Lets start with the hash browns. As Gordon Ramsey would say. Where is the lamb sauce. but instead of lamb sauce its salt. Hahahahahahahaha, jk. There was so much salt my sodium intake for the next fiscal year was take care of. Now the eggs, you remember green eggs and ham the Dr. Seuss book? Well this DFAC (If you can call it that) took the story very literal. Green eggs that taste like JP-8 and rubber. finally the Turkle (Turkey sausage patties) they where ight. There is a reason soldier rather spend their hard earned money on actual food rather than the heavily regulated Army garbage. If this wasn’t my only other option i would rather bite the bullet and spend my money and make my own food. Thank you to the staff for being the only part of the DFAC that was tolerable.
