Will told us the spicy orange chicken would be spicy and it damn sure was but, not so much you couldn’t enjoy it. Very delicious meals. First time trying this restaurant and Will explained it very well to both of us. He was very helpful. We definitely will go back!!

Went through the drive through talking to Zach bout my order, my guy is absolutely wonderful, great happy attitude, made my food taste better jus by his mood, If I could, I would drive the 45 minutes to Morristown daily to order food from that guy. Also to add on to this guys greatness, I ordered one thing and he gave me extra fortune cookies for my daughter. AND Zach didn’t give me a drink that was mainly ice like I usually get from places haha

We ordered takeout one day last week and the food was excellent!!! I was very impressed with the speed of service and how nice everyone was. We both had the bigger plate, I wish they had a biggest plate because there was a fourth entree I would like to have tried. We definitely recommend and we’ll be going back.

My favorite spot in town! They are always so friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh! I go out of my way for Panda Express because it’s so good!
The noodles and super greens always hit the spot. :))

This place was so clean when we dined in. My partner and I were actually the only 2 guests in the lobby.
The employees who handled our order were extremely nice and patient. The cashier was happy to check us out.
I opted for orange chicken ans fried rice which definitely hit the spot. My partner went for the chicken teriyaki, orange chicken , and noodles which he devoured. Not to mention, the food portions are always GREAT. Also, we both got fruit juices (passion fruit and berry fruit). They were both so good!

Beautifully remodeled or new store in the appearance. Staff was not friendly to go out of their way in any manner to be polite, smile or laugh. We walked up to the buffet style serving choices and noticed several patches of burnt noodles. We made comments to each other about making sure we don’t get burnt noodles, she asked if she could help us, we asked about some of the items that were empty, which several of them were, she ignored us and appeared not to hear us, which made us wonder why she even asked what we would like to order. We waited several minutes and then asked again. She said yes somewhere coming up we said OK because there’s not even a label made for it so we were concerned that it may be out for the evening. My husband mentioned that he will be wanting some noodles, but if she could avoid the burnt one, so then she starts mixing the burnt noodles that were in several locations within the platter into the mixture. She did not ask if we wanted it to go or For here and then started putting everything on an actual cardboard plate in which we stopped her inside this order is to go. We then ordered all of our items and instead of the heaping spoonful that is advertised every spoonful was lacking and had extra room for more and definitely was not heaping! My husband ordered the bigger plate in which you got an additional side of sweet fire chicken. I ended up grabbing the container from the cashier after she finished opening each one to see what it was, which I thought was disgusting and unprofessional to do near a cash register, and I’ve never seen them before panda express! Normally they mark on the top with the item is, and on top of that this lady was one of the two ladies that filled our containers so she should not have needed to open them right near the cash register in an unsanitary area after she’s touching, cash register buttons! Furthermore, when I opened up the size container it was 3/4 of the way full. That container should’ve been a heaping spoonful in which normally the person who fills it is struggling to get the container to close, it definitely should not have only been 3/4 of the way full. To say the least, we will never eat at this panda express again! That experience was just horrible because when I asked if they shrink the container size or why it wasn’t super full, why their portioning was the way it was why they mixed in the burnt noodles, the staff Began to argue with us instead of apologizing or trying to fix anything and one male staff member who was tall with glasses I believe his name was John or something like that went on to explain to us that he has worked there for eight years in which we didn’t even think this location existed for the past eight years I believe it was recently built, but anyways! This was the most horrible experience. We have had at panda express yet….. we will just wait and order panda express only when we go to Knoxville now. We have eaten at that location several times and never had an issue, this was our 3rd to 5th trip to this current location and the way we are treated and the quality of food this time around killed it for us!

Went to have lunch at 11:15
Got the noodles which were cold and tasted uncooked with onions so large you could wrap them around you wrist.
The orange chicken was a bunch of scraps from the bottom of the bag that they just coated and you could barely chew them.
I took it back and they told me all they could do was make me a new plate.
Why would I want a new plate with the same crap.
Very disappointed. Will never go back

Food portions were outstanding, service was good, orange chicken was on point, restaurant was clean. Only reason not giving 5 stars is the wait can be long with online orders, drive thru, and walk ins.

I have never been to a Panada Express but my family loves them in Knoxville.
I got a plate of Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef ❤️ it was amazing!
Be forewarned, the Beijing Beef is very spicy all my food was fresh. I went through the drive thru and had no issues. I’d definitely be coming back.
Welcome to Morristown!
