Welcome to NautiMI! Located on the river between Portage and Base lake and off McGregor Rd. in Pinckney, MI we are Pinckney’s newest Coffee Café with lite breakfast including acai bowls, fruit smoothies, gourmet toast, and all your favorite hot or cold drinks. Come in by land or river and treat yourself to your favorite scoop of ice cream and browse our shop of Michigan made gifts such as apparel, jewelry, art, home decor and more! We specialize in nautical, cottage feel and items that are just a little bit snarky! We have a custom Tiki Boat for Chartered Rentals, and offer kayak, canoe and SUP/Paddle Board rentals and classes. This place is my go-to for gifts, cards, soap, snacks & coffee! My kids LOVE the lemonade boba drinks. I usually order a drink that is a special and I am NEVER disappointed. I never feel guilty spending my money in this 100% Michigan store. I frequently visit at any time of day and have had the best experiences with the staff. I’ve purchased many gift cards for family and always encourage people to check this place out. I also love how this shop has a lot of handmade and very local items.

This was our first experience with kayak rentals here
I have to say, totally impressed and awed with the whole process from start to finish. First stop was the reasonably priced coffee/snack/gift store where we were greeted by two kind teen girls and Melissa. All three went above and beyond to explain the different drink options and food choices (highly suggest the Avocado toast)
We were then escorted to the kayak loading and Melissa thoroughly explained the lake chains (map included)
For 25$ for 3 hours on a kayak with endless exploring, what a deal!
I cannot express how great this whole day was, right down to the pineapple day dream refresher after we docked from the water
My daughter and I look forward to returning

Went on a 3hr tiki boat ride with Terry as our captain. It was such a great relaxing ride. I would definitely recommend to anyone. They have a great coffee shop/ice cream/gift shop!!! Can’t wait to do it again!

Excellent ice cream, they even have dairy free chocolate! Normally every place only offers vanilla. Cute unusual finds in the store merchandise. Loved the back patio decorations, perfect place to enjoy an iced coffee! Check this place out!!!!

This is such a cute, local little gift shop and treat spot. I’ve seen them advertised online and decided to pop in with my daughter last week. Staff was super friendly, they had a great variety of drinks, ice cream, and donuts. Plus the gift shop featured a bunch of Michigan themed items. A perfect hidden gem in our small town!

The ice cream shop itself is adorable, but if you’re thinking about launching or renting here, be prepared for a lot of confusion. Unfortunately, the service was AWFUL. Coming from the hospitality industry, I understand stress happens, but there’s no excuse for rudeness.
The lady who checked us in wasn’t helpful at all. She just gave excuses instead of solutions. When I asked simple questions, she was short and dismissive. It left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
Sadly, because of the poor service, we won’t be back to launch or eat here.
