I had a truly frustrating experience at Stoner’s Pizza on East Silver Springs. The cashier was very sweet, but we weren’t told about the $9.99 large pizza special. We ordered two small one-topping pizzas with extra cheese and paid $26—which was the same price we would’ve paid for two large pizzas. When I calmly mentioned this, the manager said the special was only mentioned if we ordered a large, saw it on the door (it wasn’t, the manager even walked outside to see if I was Lying), or asked about specials. I politely suggested an easy fix—a small pizza, cookies, or a refund—but she refused without calling the owner. Worse, she lied to the owner, claiming I threw the pizzas at her—when all I did was slide them back and say I wanted a refund. Ultimately, they only gave me a $3 refund. They could have easily given something small to make it right, but they didn’t care. I won’t be returning.
Terrible business practice and customer service.

I understand that it was the cashiers first week, notice how I didn’t blame her for the issue as she was very nice.
The funny thing is, that you’re claiming that I should have spoke to the owner or corporate before “publicly” expressing your terrible business ethics.
When I clearly said that the manager spoke to the owner while on the phone.

Super disappointed ordered half pepperoni half no brainer. One side was full of grease and this isnt what we had thought we would receive. Plan gross sucks tried to give them a chance. They redid it and it still came out worse than the first one never again. The pizza has more grease than anything else,.

I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and requested white sauce, absolutely FIRE!!!!!!! They said they never made one with white sauce before. All you gotta do is ask this nice staff and they accommodate fantastically. I come from the pizza capitol of the Us, New Haven Connecicut, and THIS, is the best pizza I’ve had in Florida since I’v been here for 10 years. Grateful to have these guys so local a six Gunn plaza. I ate half of it before I remembered to take a picture. Absolutely fire. Never going back to five star again.

Hate to complain but we ordered 2 pizzas and sweet sticks. Asked for no mushrooms on one pizza, and it came with mushrooms. Which wouldn’t be terrible, but they are little pieces so it’s hard to just pick them off. The sweet sticks frosting lid was off, and had leaked. Luckily, they included a garlic sauce with the sweet sticks lol. This was our second time ordering pizza here. We were hoping the food would be better than the first time we ordered, which was after they first opened. It wasn’t 🙁

They were amazing! Staff were awesome! Very accommodating and helpful and fast service. The price was reasonable and we tried the large pizza Italian steak pizza, XL bbq chicken pizza, cheesy bread, and wings. And everything was super amazing. Everyone in our group of 6 agreed and no complaints. Definitely will be going back and they are near to Silver springs!

This pizza is TOP TIER. I have had a lot of pizza especially in Ocala and from other places in Florida and Maryland and this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. The crust is delicious, the toppings are plenty and I really don’t like sauce as it gives me heartburn but this sauce is delicious. Friday nights are pizza nights and since I have tried it here I don’t give other options, this is my go to!!

First timer and hands down some of the best pizza I have had in Central Florida. It’s flavorful, the crust is fluffy, moist and crispy. Loaded with toppings and made to order fresh.The marinara it’s served with is perfection, not to sweet not too salty. The dough is easy on the stomach, no sluggish over full feeling afterwards. Von- great customer service in such a brief interaction! This pizza was amaziinnnggg!!! 10/10
