First time here, I’ve seen vids saying this place is good. I got the Papa’s pastrami sandwich, probably the worst pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had, the “pastrami” was fricken lunch meat. The bread was good but for $18 without tip, I want my money back.

Very large breakfast burritos! Tried this place out, coming from exclusively having Phanny’s breakfast burritos in redondo beach. The burritos are definitely bigger for about the same price and they are good, but I would still prefer phanny’s. It’s definitely a great option though. Parking lot is super small, all spots posted as “10 minute parking.”

All I can say is WOW! Sometime ago we got a coupon and we came and decided we wanted to sit and eat, so today 2/5 we decided to go and boy o boy what great food friendly employees. My hubbs had the Reubens Reuben and I had papa’s pastrami with onion rings. Sooo fresh and hot we ate out front and gorgeous ourselves. I highly recommend as a date night with your significant other. Get sandwiches find a place to park and enjoy the goodness

Passed by this place lots of times and decided to get a breakfast burrito based on the positive Google reviews. Ordered the Rise and Shine burrito with ham. Had to ask the guy at the counter for salsa otherwise none wouldve been added to the bag.
Its a pretty large burrito, however the ham was diced and the burrito was mostly all cheese and potato Live and learn…. 3 stars

Convenient location and inviting storefront caused me to stop by to check out the menu here at Cap and Cork. It looks to be expecting and has a lot of “coming soon” options as well as an extensive menu. I tried the Rise and Shine burrito and asked for hot and mild salsa. Great service and friendly staff made it a positive experience. Recommend!

My experience here was pretty good, got the #1 sub called the captains club and the sandwich was a bit pricey but it was very delicious and really great! Tasted really good and got a few beers as well, descent selection and service was great but yeah I definitely recommend the sandwich I got it was worth it

This was our first visit and we really didn’t know what to expect. This is a true liquor store with a great little sandwich/deli counter.
They have a good selection of sub sandwiches (both hot and cold) and burritos.
They stuff the sandwiches and burritos and they are really good….so you will get your money’s worth and won’t be disappointed.
There’s no dining in….so I would recommend ordering ahead and picking up your order to go. But we only waited about 10 minutes for our stuff.
We’ll definitely be back.

First thoughts… AMAZING!! The best breakfast sandwich I’ve had to date, it was very filling and hit the spot!! I always pass by and I decided to see what the hype was about. The menu has a variety of options to choose from and after a long debate I went with the Wakey Wakey. This breakfast sandwich is on a golden buttery texas toast style bread, the egg was super fluffy and you can add to your sandwich or take away from it, your choice. The options are unlimited and I say “STACK IT UP” the bigger the better right. Another plus.. inside there’s a convenient store so you have your choice of drink options available and snacks…a one stop shop and who doesn’t like one stop shops lol. If you’re in the city of Torrance you must swing by and feast your taste buds on Caps & Corks, you will not be sorry!

We got the veggie breakfast burrito and the wakey-wakey. Both were tasty but lacked any special. The sandwich basically was egg and American cheese, the stand out part was actually the toast that it was on. The toast had a very heavy butter flavor but was not greasy. The burrito was made up of basically just a lot of grilled onions and not much else, the onions were cooked well, but I want more in my breakfast burrito then onions.

I had never been to the Caps & Corks Liquor and Deli before. I am not a bug sandwich girl. Today I was craving 8ne and decided it was time to give C&C a try.
WHOA! This place is delicious. I definitely will be back. I got the Not so plain Jane I wasn’t even sure what I ordered it had all kinds of stuff in it. I seriously got it with everything but onion. So here is what I learned. If you go at lunch time be prepared to wait. While the guys are wizards and move fast there are a lot of orders being filled. We waited about 20 minutes and got there about 12:20 pm which isn’t too bad for a Wednesday at peak luck time. There are no outside tables and no inside dining at this time. So take it to go. If you’ve been there and know what you love order ahead. I had no problem waiting. I watched the guys at the grill and seriously it was fun they just ROCK it. The sandwiches are HUGE so seriously you could share I ate half for lunch and the rest for dinner.
Since the grill is inside a liquor store they have chips and drinks. I was impressed with the selections.
Look if you’re hungry and really craving a tasty sandwich loaded with flavors THIS IS THE SPOT.
I took some pics and will post them.
Enjoy!! Oh and the guy that works the front he is the best. He is so friendly and just great attitude to everyone even the people that aren’t so cool. I have to say. Such a bonus.
