Not to bash anybody in particular. However, I slid into this particular Dunkin’ Donuts instead of the Starbucks, which is very close. I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. There is certainly an issue with Management. That cleanliness of the store is not taken to a higher priority. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was fine and an iced. . One of the better Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. Roxan took care of all my Dunkin needs at opening hours while making everything that this town needs throughout their day. Very Pleasant, professional, And takes pride in her work which is rare to find these days. I’ll be back while busting this area just because of this beautiful soul who takes pride in her work.

The girl that took our order repeated everything back to us after we ordered like you should and when we got up to the window and she gave us our order she first had her hand out with napkins saying here. then she gave us our food and drinks except mine and when I asked she was you did not order a sweet tea and was very rude about it . This is not the first time I have had rude service at this location Either it’s a management training issue or they just hire rude people with no customer service values.

Ordered hot chocolate boxes for my son’s school Christmas party and paid in advance. Arrived to pick it up and they were out of boxes and could not prepare the order. Did not call to inform us of the issue and the number they have listed for the store does not work. Even tried calling the 800 number the night before to confirm the order but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up and hoping everything would go smoothly.

The customer service agent at the window was so rude! She rushes and she has a horrible attitude. I understand it’s rush hour in the morning but I would take great customer service over being rushed and having someone be rude to me.

I just ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, and there was a giant piece of sharp plastic inside the bagel which cut my tongue open. How would an employee let this happen? This is ridiculous!

Started to eat my food at work. I bit down on my bagel and bit a very hard sharp item. There was a piece of plastic in my cream cheese. I’m not even sure how that can happen but I’m just grateful I didn’t swallow it. Never had this issue before, but doubtful I’ll go back because that’s not a chance I want to take again. (I do a have picture but I’m not sure how to upload it to my review)
