First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Tindell was a fantastic server and our food was so delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our kale salad and egg white omelette on the outdoor patio and Tindell kept our drink refills flowing. So nice to have this location on Brownsboro road – love it!

The new steak egg and peppers dish was great. Only improvement-might need to cut back on the oil a little and add mushrooms which I’m sure they’d be happy to do on request. Hope they put it on the permanent menu. Also tried the morning breakfast drink made of orange and beet juice and seasonings. It was healthy and yummy. Sign of success is I’d order both again. Service was, as usual great. If First Watch can keep this up for years it will be around for years. They’ve learned the secret of success-never taking their customers for granted.

My first ever visit to a First Watch. I was very surprised by the flavors, quality, and service. I got the biscuit and gravy and potatoes, my dear friend got a poached egg and salmon, and we shared a delicious pitcher of Blackberry Bramble Sangria. We also had fresh orange juice which was tasty, but their coffee is definitely too weak and bland. I wouldn’t get coffee here again. Definitely will be visiting more locations more often

My dad and I went here for brunch, and we were NOT disappointed. Our waitress (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) was extremely polite and friendly. She was even patient enough to list the teas for me (which, given how many they serve, seemed like a chore!). My dad ordered the biscuits and gravy while I got the Sunrise yogurt bowl with a blueberry muffin. Their food is SO good, and the muffins are both baked in house AND change daily (my favorite is the cinnamon one, with the blueberry being my second choice).
