Came here for lunch First time and found our new go to Mexican restaurant.Lunch fajitas were delicious, fresh, home made. Home made chips and salsa was very good. The Fajita burrito was excellent. Our service by Gabbriella was top-notch. Many items to choose on menu. They have 2 for 1 cocktails from 2 to 6. The cocktails, including the margaritas, are all hand crafted individually. Lunch was only 38 bucks. Good food, great service, reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place. I have no food pictures as we devoured the food before I thought about it. I did take a picture of the tequila bar. Very clean place all over, even the bathrooms. We will be back. Can back for dinner with friends, mo changes, still fabulous @

I was blown away walking into this place. I happened to be in the Delray area and decided to check it out. The lighting is a complete vibe and their tequila assortment is impressive. As a Mexican native, I was impressed by their menu references such as carnitas michoacan, mole Moreliano, molcajete, alambre, chile relleno to name a few. The music was also nostalgic to what I grew up listening to. There is definitely an authentic undertone. I ordered the blue corn sopes, which is also a rare find. I’m excited to continue to visit this spot when in town and continue to explore the food & drink menu.

This has been some of the best Mexican food that I’ve had in the Delray Beach area in forever! Our server Gabriela was so friendly and recommended great choices! The food was so fresh and so tasty; you could taste every ingredient used!

The food service and atmosphere were great. However, it is very bright in there almost like a cafeteria. I also happen to be sitting at the end of the bar when the outside lights came on in were incredibly bright. They need to dim the lights and put up some shades to shade that outside light. I also found the salsa to be very watery.

Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint! The guacamole and queso dip were wonderful—fresh and flavorful. We had the carne asada tacos and enchiladas, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Portions were great, and the service was very attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Come here often. Sit at the bar and order either marg or ice cold beers. Go when Gabriella is working she is the best. For food the huge burrito monarca, enchiladas, or flautas. Everything is tasty and made to order.

The manager is always there and does an incredible job making sure everything runs smoothly. You can really tell how much care goes into the restaurant, from the service to the food to the overall experience. The servers are outstanding attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming every time.
The food is top tier. Everything comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. And let’s talk about the tamales, they actually make fresh tamales daily, which is so hard to find anywhere. That alone sets Monarca apart.
The drinks are on another level. They’re beautifully crafted, designer-style cocktails that are so smooth you barely even taste the alcohol. You leave feeling relaxed and happy.
