But then a worker at this spot told me some of the menu items were coming here,so here i am.
Fish Dinner was good from the ChicNShack. I got the mac and cheese and the greens. What you need to know is you cant get the greens or cornbread with your meal as a side. Those items are only extras. So if you want to try those be ready for 2 sides. Mac n cheese easnt bad but im not gonna be chasing that one. The greens have ham hocks in them and for me thats where all the flavor is. The greens bite without ham was not satisfying to be honest. For service i have to take a point off too. When customers order food to go, napkins and utensils need to be a bare minimum. Neither were in the bag. Some places really need to redo basic training….or maybe the workers just dont care.

Finally tried this spot out and it was good! I had the pork chop bites which came with a side of rice, and we tried the strips and rolls with strawberry butter. My friend got a big momma pork chop sandwich, which was huge, and a waffle. They had another like handwritten sign off the menu for collard greens and cornbread. My friend had to try that too! Lol. It was surprisingly really good! We got our order to go but the spot is cute. The staff were super sweet and explained everything and shared their favorites. Overall a great experience and I will be going back -probably more than I should. ❤️

Ordering and paying online was super easy. I got breaded wings in Buffalo, Cajun Lemon Pepper, Cajun Garlic Parmesan, and Nashty. Also ordered fried rolls (had to get 4 even though I only wanted 1–2). I asked for regular butter but got honey butter instead—not my favorite, but theirs was okay.
The ranch was good, but they don’t offer blue cheese, which was disappointing. You can pick up to 2 flavors with a 10-piece, so I got one 10-piece and one 10-piece combo with fries. Unfortunately, the fries were missing from my bag (didn’t notice until I got home). The wings came packed separately with sauce on the side, which was nice, but none of the flavors were labeled, so I had to taste-test to figure them out.
Wings and rolls were both good, order was ready fast, and the staff was friendly enough. I’d try them again, but next time I’ll definitely check my bag before leaving.

This was $50 worth of food. 5 wings, for 8. 99, the wings were so tiny I looked at the. Reviews from 7 to 9 months ago. The wings were humongous, and I’m so disappointed that these 80 bitty, tiny pigeon wings is what I received the catfish. It was crispy, hot delicious, had no flavor the macaroni and cheese. They should stop serving it because it’s just flour, milk, no cheese at all. And too much garlic powder, it was so bad. I threw it in the trash coleslaw. Fire. But this was truly a waste of $50 because this was $50 worth of food. That just was not worth it.

Tried Lotawata Creek’s Chicken Shack and everything I ordered tasted good and was hot and fresh. I won’t lie, this surprised me because I got there 45 minutes before closing. The young gentleman (African American with locks, wish I got his name) was smiling when I walked up and welcomed me to the restaurant. He made several suggestions. I even ended up ordering their delicious Ms. Kyla’s cookie because of him. Everything I ordered was to my liking. I got Nashville Hot (hot) chicken strips, twister fries, fried rolls with strawberry butter along with those tasty cookies. The food was worth trying. I’ll be back to try more items. Make sure to try this tasty place!

Me and my coworkers stopped by on our lunch break last Tuesday and the food was amazing. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend fast dining customer service was great. I want to give a very big thank you to the GM Twon and manager Jocelyn. They gave me excellent customer service so glad that Lotawata Creek came in Florissant in Missouri.

This place is legit! Wings good. Tenders great. Sides excellent. I haven’t found a single thing I dislike food-wise. All the food is served in carry-out containers with sauce on the side so you toss your own wings. This way they stay crispy until you get home!
The service has been fast and friendly on every trip. They even have a walk up window so you don’t have to go inside.

Love Lotawata Creek, so I had to try their Chicken Shack. Food was excellent. Place was busy, and they were hustling in getting orders out. Unfortunately my order was placed to the side because they ran out of coleslaw. Nobody let us know. When I inquired, they let me know they were making it. I took the fries instead. The portions were amazing, just like their full scale restaurant.

I don’t live in the area but decided to try this place out. I ordered online and got the shrimp and boneless wings. The shrimp was pretty good but it said large shrimp but the shrimp was tiny. I ordered my stuff with chilly sauce but it doesn’t tell you they dont toss your food in the sauce. Same with the wings. Both the shrimp and wings was ok but glad I got to experience this place but won’t be coming back.

I gave them 1 star because I come from a customer service background and I believe that is key. The lady (Kaiesha) who took me and my family order was very rude she was rushing us as we were saying our order and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. It was our first time there and the experience was horrible the energy was definitely off. She kept asking before I even got done explaining my order “anything else anything else”. After waiting for a while on my food luckily I checked it before I left because they gave me the wrong flavored chicken on my 10 piece. I let them know about at the front desk I didn’t get an apology or anything. I wait another 15 minutes nobody came to bring me my food so my wife walks up and ask about it and they had it sitting in the back smh. After spending $62.62 on food here I didn’t deserve the attitude that I got when I first came in on top of my order being wrong. I gave it two stars on the actual food because the blazin buffalo sauce was the only thing good about this experience. You all have to do better with communication I didn’t react ignorant as a response but it’s definitely people out there that will. Please be mindful of how you talk to the customers. If you don’t want to be at work don’t come.
