Really good Pizza. The pizza came quickly and the tracker was fun. The pizza delivery was some what friendly. I had ordered a pizza earlier in the day but didn’t get a confirmation emai or text. So i thought it didn’t go to the store. The pizza was cold. Around 5:45pm I received my first order. It was supposed to be delivered at 5pm so I turned it down. Not sure who’s mistake it was. Anyway, I will be returning here soon. Reasonable priced pizza. Around 6pm. Spoke with Brandon, who was just so understanding and so friendly. He says we just take the extra one back. Thank you Brandon.

So I love Papa Johns, always tastes great. Really just a quality control issue here. I ordered 2 pizzas late last night and it took us like 15 minutes of walking around the complex because we couldn’t find the driver, then we get the pizza and it’s been roughly handled, slid over to one side of the box and the pizza was missing the jalapeños we ordered

Honestly shout out to Brian for helping us with our DoorDash.
Our doordash delivery person took our pizza apparently and they kept sending us new drivers to pick up a nonexistent pizza. But Brian helped us and got us a new pizza delivered and everything. Thank you so much!

This was the worse pizza experience ever. First of all my order arrived later than they initially said. When I saw they were using DoorDash I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. When the pizza got here it was all smooshed up to the back of the box. All of the toppings had slid off half of the pizza. I tried to fix it, but it all the toppings did not stick (see picture). It was clear that the either Papa John’s or the DoorDash delivery person held the box on its side to make everything slip off. Ultimately it is Papa John’s fault for using DoorDash for the delivery and not their own drivers. Horrible experience and never ordering from here again. STOP USING DOORDASH, THEY SUCK!

I love papa Johns and I lived on them for 9 months when I was pregnant but this is the first and last time I will order at this location. The garlic bread isn’t good at all. There is too much sauce that leaked all over my car, and was literally seeping through the box. It’s just gross

Ordered online for pick up. Pizza was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. Store appeared clean. Cashier double-checked to make sure the toppings were right and the condiments I requested were included. I like that they keep their Parmesan cheese packets in the fridge. The pizza was good, normal amount of sauce & cheese, 3-4 slices of pepperoni and 4-6 pieces of sausage per slice of pizza. Good price. No disappointments.

What the heck is this for a delivery? The I ordered the pizza around 9:30, and the food didn’t arrive until nearly 11pm.
Update: I added some stars back to my review; since I spoke with the manager Hudson on the phone about this pizza order/delivery. He got it immediately corrected and had a new pizza to me within about 30 minutes
