Consistently horrible service. Went to drive through at 3pm 8/7/23. While waiting for my order the employees were laughing and hollering and looking over at me. Then I received 2 black charcoal burnt sandwiches. They could have remade it if they did their job right. If there was any sort of oversight at this location.. The signature cake batter latte is advertised as coming with chocolate drizzle and jimmies. Today mine was made with tons of cinnamon sugar powder, I was never asked if I wanted a substitute (I assumed they ran out of Jimmies and chocolate syrup since neither were on my coffee). My order was repeated back to me twice, so 3 times including my own, I open up my bag which had my 2 food items I ordered in it and to my surprise (NOT) I found a plain bagel not the everything I ordered, so I went back in and stood there for another 6 min waiting for a remake of my bagel, the staff working at 8am this morning 5/12 clearly weren’t happy to be re making my food because they voiced that loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. As I stood there I thought “oh this would be a great time to ask why my iced latte was the way it was” when I politely asked if they were still using chocolate syrup and Jimmies I was rudely answered by the same woman who “was in the middle of something and couldn’t remake my bagel” She responded and said yes chocolate drizzle and jimmies, and so I said do you have that? And she says if we do it would be on it and walked away. Was also told the bagels come toasted and that’s why my bagel wasn’t put in the toaster.

Staff needs better communication skills when there are promotional items. For instance, cookie dough frozen coffee comes with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and this staff at this location fails every time, management needs to do better here with dealing with their staff

I go here almost everyday. Always a hit and miss. food is usually alright for the most part. BUT DRINKS these kids cant make a coffee for the life of them or there just rushing to give people awful products. My coffee looks and tastes degusting never mind the fact they cant even mix a drink properly. Asked for REGULER CREAM WITH LIQUID SUGAR lol .This is a brainless job even when rushed to fill orders but these people still fail to care about there work ethic.

Food- Made wrong. Even when specified verbally. Looked at me sideways when brought to their attention.
Service- Didn’t give my card back after paying. When asked if I could get my card back, they said they already did. They had to refer to camera footage to find out where they put it. Extremely careless service.
Atmosphere- Bland and vacant of any customer service. Maturity and professionalism does not exist here.

I ordered a small cold brew with the cold foam. Girl at the window says I didn’t order the foam and won’t add it to the drink either. Didn’t give any reason. Just offered to get cream for it.

idk why the stars are so low, it’s a dunkin, they won’t be perfect. in my experience this is the best one in the area, staff have always been kind. yes, there are long waits sometimes but that has more to do with people ordering the entire menu for their kids soccer team through the drive through than it does with the staff

Doesn’t matter what time of the morning you show up on the weekend. Drive thru line will be completely backed up, and if you go inside expect to wait 20+ minutes if you ordered food. They need more experienced staff. $16hr hasn’t improved wait times.
