This is my first visit here as I tend to be more of a salad person than a sandwich person. When I arrived, the line to place my order was rather long Fortunately, there was a man taking orders along the line so the line moved very quickly and I had my delicious salad in no time. My salad was excellent!!! Next time i would add avocado for some extra yumminess. This huge salad is only $8.15. The sandwiches look fantastic and every customer eating a sandwich looked more than satisfied. The employees are super friendly and efficient. Tipping is not allowed.

My son was taking pictures for his jazz ensemble at Keller auditorium, so I decided to order sandwiches from Potbelly since it was right next door. I did not realize they closed at 7pm when I submitted my order on the app with 5 minutes until close. The restaurant called me several minutes later to tell me they would have to cancel the order, which I completely understood. My issue is 14 days later and the money had not been refunded. I called the location and worker had to take my information to have a manager contact me because there is no manager available to assist. Now I am playing a waiting game for a manager to contact me back

Ordered online with a designated pick up time. My order was not ready until another 40 minutes beyond. People without online orders came, ordered, and left during my wait.
Finally got my not intentionally cold chicken club. Pathetic. No veggies – nothing like the menu.

Great food nice place to eat, nice staff and comfortable atmosphere. The shop offers sanitizer which during my visit both dispensers were empty. The staff kept slamming things which took away from the ease in the environment

This sandwich shop is nestled in the corner of one of Portland’s business complexes. They made great use of their space.
I wasn’t terribly impressed with the service, the people behind the counter seemed disconnected from service. They weren’t bad at what they did but they just didn’t seem present.
I liked the variety of potato chips available for the meal, they weren’t the standard brands so it was fun to pick a New Orlean’s hot flavor.
The co2 and syrup ratio was off on their soda machine and I pretty much found myself drinking carbonated water with a hint of cola.
I did enjoy the soup and the sandwich had the perfect blend of ingredients, with the exception of the spreads. I do believe you can put too much condiment on a sandwich and I also feel this is somewhat common in sub shops. While tasty, the sandwich was a bit sloppy.
I wouldn’t be opposed to eating here again but I wouldn’t go out of my way to choose it.

Fast, friendly, and yummy!! The Mediterranean breakfast sandwich with mayo and italian seasoning was perfect! Really tasty and flavorful. The mixed berry smoothie was delicious as well.

My order was 25 dollars and when I handed two twenty dollar bills I was then informed they didn’t have any change/ which I said (hey I’ll just tip everyone a little today 🙂 even though 15 dollars at 8 am doesn’t seem like a far stretch?
But anyways I sat and waited… and watched 2 parties before me get their order taken and then served and I thought well it must be because my order was to go… unlikely..
I then seen the drink selection and thought to myself why wouldn’t I get a drink ? I should of ordered another entree… when I walked and told the cashier (the same cashier) that I’d like a drink she actually tried to charge me again very well knowing I was the same gentleman who paid 15$ which is 60 percent of my entire order as a tip/ which I said can you just take it off my order— to which she looked at me like I was the lowest of low… and I actually ended up paying for my drink— and then waited and got the most upside down order. Literally like someone flipped it upside down- and smiled the whole time like I was some crook somehow?! By asking to apply my 3 dollar drink to my forced tip (because when she was baffled by my 2 twenty dollar bills) for a 25 dollar order she never once offered an alternative… and I wasn’t going to make a big deal—// but then to make me feel bad for getting a drink while I knowingly watched you serve others after me was indeed enough to submit this review…
