Ordered from here last night thru MENUFY, Chaufa de Carne and 1/2 Pollo a la Brasa with sweet plantains and beans. Everything was delicious and the waitress was very sweet and apologized when we had to wait 10 more minutes for our food to be ready when we arrived. Very different experience from previous visits when that waitress acted like she didn’t want our business. Decor is a little dated but great spot for takeout.

Food looks amazing but is not. It’s okay but with outrages prices it’s not worth it. They charge you with the tip included which is crazy since their service is horrible. The lady there had a stank attitude and face, she kept talking with the two men in the bar while we needed napkins etc etc. Honestly a really bad place, McDonald’s probably better than this.

Where do I start with this place. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. We waited for our order for 1:20 minutes for a party of 5 (3 of which were kids. They also only accept cash and add their own gratuity of 15%. The waitress was horrible never explained reason for long delay. The food was cold and chicken was salty. I would avoid going to this place unless you want a long wait Bad service and cold food.
