A lot of restaurants have something they serve that is outstanding and at Rivera’s it is their caldo de res!!!! They have the best in town!!!! And by the way, all the restaurants in Amarillo need to take note that this is how you serve any kind of soup! It should be steaming hot! I have to be honest… The Taco Truck is better than the restaurant. Not disrespecting Mrs. Ramirez, but her son can cook. My only complaint is, the food at the restaurant needs more flavor… And Rice! They ran out by the time we went to eat!!! Also… If you know someone who knows Spanish, take them with you. I took my wife!!!
