Terrible, dry, overcooked pizzas yet somehow the pizzas were better than the customer service and management staff. When I complained about the quality of the two pizzas, two people claimed to be managers. One of them had an immediate, unprovoked attitude with me and abruptly hung up the phone. The point of delivery is so that I wouldn’t have to go up there. There were 7 people going behind the counter and into the back. Some had on uniforms and others were in street clothes. The managers refused to give me their names but one had red/ pink hair and glasses while the other was a larger woman with tattoos and dark hair. They refused to provide information to contact the general manager. Instead of trying to resolve the matter they were both rude and dismissive.

This location is always hit or miss but it’s been pretty bad the last couple times i’ve come here, and i’m probably just gonna stop coming altogether. This particular time i placed an order online, and by the time i arrived it was already marked as ready. So i walked in and was greeted by a young kid who must’ve been on his first day or something. I gave him my name and he looked around for my order for a minute before saying they were still making it. The whole point of me ordering it online was so I didn’t have to wait any extra, but fine i assumed it would only be another minute or two. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my pizza, and to no surprise on top of that it was burnt to a crisp as well. don’t throw a brand new employee on the oven without properly training him first. the poor guy seemed lost and he just kept getting yelled at by the other employees.

This Dominis was agreat place for take out in the past.
We go for convenience but are experiences have been blessed than standard and gotten worse.
In over 1 year, food is not always hot & pizza rarely slices are cut. We dont purchase wings anymore due to never taking requests for additional passes for wings, even when called in or staff told that app doesn’t offer option on app.
Convenience maybe last reason still going.

We had a delivery through doordash driver was late and then marked order complete but we did not recieve the order. After filing a complain driver called us said he is here. Then I went to take my order, he did not let pizza go and cursed. Driver was completely stoned, smelled weed really bad. Doordash agent said driver is Dominos employee they have their own driver. Horrible service.

This Domino’s location is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. My food was marked as “delivered” even though it never arrived. I called multiple times before it was marked delivered and was repeatedly told it would be there shortly. I went outside when it said delivered — no food, nothing. When I called back to figure out what happened, the employees were extremely rude and refused to give me a manager’s name when I asked. That alone says a lot about how poorly this place is run. The way I was treated over a simple delivery issue was unacceptable. No accountability, no respect, and terrible customer service. This location seriously needs to be shut down or completely restaffed because this is not how a business should operate.

Worst delivery drivers of any pizza place ever. Half of your job is to pick up the pizza and the other half of your job is to deliver it. They will pick it up and then call you and make you give them directions to your place every time. When they get to the door there is no greeting only distain. Horrible. At least try on your own to deliver the pizza.

In my 50 years of life, I have never seen a manager treat a paying customer so badly. This female manager was so degrading. Idk who this lady thinks she is but do better Haddon township!!!!!!! You must have picked this lady up off the streets, she looks so unprofessional for a manager and looks dirty to be working in a food business, I will never order dominos ever again in my life

I ordered double chicken,pineapple pizza. When i got it I see there was no pineapple on it. And definitely chicken was unevenly distributed, can’t say if it was double. Disappointed on quality. On calling them i was offered a credit for pizza, but really sounded like they don’t bother about customer experience and inconvenience.

This is my first time ordering here, 12/12/2021 6:38pm, not only was it cold when I picked it up but i got home and opened the box and saw this. I immediately called the store and the woman I spoke to said “I can make you a new one but its gonna come to same way, theres nothing we can do about it). So you cant make me a FRESH and NORMAL pizza? You only know how to overcook pizza. It looks worse in person and I’m pregnant and can’t even handle the awful smell from it. Terrible experience at this dominoes. Not to mention the rude attitude this girl had.

I ordered online and also paid for my order online. Once the app told me my order was ready, i went to pick it up, and when i got there, it wasn’t. I waited an additional 20 mins after already waiting 30 mins for my order to get done. That’s not the worst part. As im watching them prepare everyone else’s order, i notice no one is wearing gloves. They’re talking too much over everyone’s food. There is no organization whatsoever. And their preparation space was way too small they definitely need a bigger place to work and be more efficient.
