We placed a online order and when we picked it up it was totally wrong. They weren’t toasted my husband’s was on the wrong bread and wasn’t made the way we had asked so as any normal customer we took them back. The owner? Manager? Whoever the lady is was totally one of the Rudest, argumentative unprofessional person I’ve ever incounterd in the food industry! She tried to tell me I was wrong and the mistake was mine not theirs and I was goin to take these sandwiches and eat them! She wasn’t goin to replace them nor refund my money that basically I was SOL
Needless to say when it was all said and done we did get our food replaced and she wasn’t very happy about it But I do know I’ll never step in that place again! I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to go to that store again!! Absolutely bad experience and the worst service I’ve ever experienced

Ordered curbside togo on the app. We arrived at restaurant a few minutes early and parked directly in front of the store, checked in on the app. Waited 10 minutes past our ready time in app (3pm no other customers in sight). My husband called inside to see if the food was near ready and make sure we sent the order to the right location. Phone is answered by a very rude woman would informed us we weren’t parked in the right place. There is no marking for curbside at this location. He asks where and she says pull up to the side door and hangs up on him. We pull up and she waits several minutes to bring us our food and basically snaps that curbside will only be brought to us if we are in this exact spot. Tosses us our sandwiches and leaves. Maybe they can add a sign or message in the app? Giving three stars because our food was fine, just cold from sitting for 10-15 minutes.

I pre-ordered curbside. I waited 10 minutes for it to be delivered to the car. Finally, I called in and asked if I should come in and get my order. I was told yes, they were busy. There was one customer inside.

Great experience; the food items were fresh, bread was soft, and drinks (tea etc…) were well maintained. The lady that served us was very nice and listened well to our requests despite our squirmy son and heat exhaustion. Our sandwiches were super tasty!

First off Air WAS NOT ON so it was very hot. The owner atleast I think that is what she was is not friendly and turns her back to you when she answers question. But the two lovey African American women were so nice and sweet. They explained some of the new stuff and how the sandwiches were slightly different…. I hope that woman treats them good because they deserve it.
