5 stars well deserved. I should of took down the workers name, but the guy taking orders at the front has AMAZING customer service, He made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked in. It’s a Clean establishment with amazing food. we have tried many places in Torrington, but this is our number 1 pizza and wing stop. pizza was super delicious, and so were the boneless mild wings, they were so big and juicy! Definitely recommend this place!

Out of town patron, was headed to a Dominoes when as I walked up I looked over and saw the quaint looking Joe’s Pizza & Wings next to it.
Staff was very courteus, promptly took my order, a steak burger, two cans of coke. Fries were included with the $15.99 burger meal.
They came out and asked if I’d like a pickle, normally I don’t, but for some reason I said yes, and I’m glad that I did. Pickle was good enough to mention lol, guessing that it’s a hamburger dill spear, very good, none of the normal over-powering vinegar taste.
Burger was like 1/2 lbs with sliced/shaved steak on top, cheese, roasted or grilled onions and mushrooms, and red peppers. It was delicious.
Based on the locals I watched, and listened too as they picked up food, it’s a place people frequent. Staff shows a personal touch.

Tried to order some bone-in wings with fries. I can’t have boneless wings because they’re breaded and I’m gluten sensitive. The guy on the phone offered a 2 dollar off combo if I buy with a soda, which I accepted, but he did not mention they can’t do combos with bone-in wings and did not tell me they changed my wings to boneless. I found out they gave us boneless wings when I got back home. I called back explaining our situation, another guy on the phone said the person who took our order clocked out, unsure what to do, and I lost connection to the call.
This is the first and will be the last time I order at this place.

I have ordered the chicken cutlet grinder, lemon chicken Satorini grinder (need to try if you haven’t!), eggplant and meatball parmesan grinders, and the Santa Fe and gyro chicken wraps. EVERYTHING has been excellent as far as freshness, flavor, and reasonable prices for generous portions. I understand they bake their own bread which would explain why the grinder rolls are always super fresh. Also, the staff are always friendly and appreciative. Although I’ve only gotten takeout, the place looks clean and comfortable, and there are tables so you can dine in.

My wife ordered wings, onion rings, fries, and soda for superbowl on Sunday. The delivery came and when it was time to eat we were missing all of the onion rings and fries. This would have been fine had we not been charged an extra $15 for them. I called 2 days later (on a Tuesday) to have it resolved, seeing as how Sunday night we had people over for superbowl and Monday they are closed.
The only option i was given was to go pick up the food that they forgot about now. Was refused a refund or even a store credit, their reasoning being because it had to be resolved day of.
Definitely will be the last time we order from here.

We are new to the area and we couldn’t be happier that we found this place! I absolutely love the chicken breast in Teriyaki sauce, my mouth is watering just thinking about it, it’s so damn good! You definitely have to try this place out, nothing else comes close to being this delicious!

Terrible service! Person who answered the phone didn’t speak English or had no idea of the menu, maybe both. Ordered garlic knots, person didn’t charge me for them or deliver them and if I wanted them still I had to pay and pay extra for marinara sauce? No thank you! Never again!

Just went to Joe’s for the first time and got a Baked Potato Pizza and a Cheese Steak Grinder . Well let me say the Pizza was great and I have had Cheese Steaks at most places in town and this was The BEST I have had BY FAR ! Well done Joe’s, will be back soon !
