Sent order in app said would be ready at 1:09. I arrived 1:15 to be told haven’t even started your order there are 3 deliveries ahead or yours. Will be at least 30 min. So I said ok, after calling family they were like just cancel and come on. (Was picking it up coming through town. I call back at 1:19, 4 minutes later. Guy huffs in phone said well I just made order to cook it. I’m like well I’m sorry that’s 45 min after picked up time and you just told me you had not started it.

these ppl sold me a dry, burnt up pizza. I called to try and rectify the situation and the man that I was speaking with hung up on me, after he told me it’s normal for them to burn the pizzas when they’re busy. $25 might not be a lot to some but damn I expect better ESPECIALLY since I am a semi-regular customer. smh.. although they don’t care, I won’t waste my time or money with them again.

I have never experienced a problem ordering from the Martin Dominos.
That is because I actually drive to the store, walk in and place my order and then sit in my car and wait for it to be finished. I don’t use apps or set at home waiting for someone to bring me my food.

Late! Every time I order delivery they come out late! I ordered for a lunch 12:30 to my work place stood outside for 10 minutes called the store 5 times with no answer went back in and went back to work to get a text at 1:06 that they were outside the building. I will not be fooled again it was the last chance.

Back a year later to review again. I don’t know what happened to this store. I got a pizza very recently,,,it was the most horrible pizza I’ve ever had. I live in the country and didn’t know the pizza was this disgusting until I got home.
Called the store….worker was kind and eventually “put me in the system “ to receive another pizza at another time. Well, I was in their system for their special free “emergency”pizza . About 10 days later I called in for the emergency pizza and my replacement pizza …I wasn’t in their system at all for the replacement pizza which really aggravated me because I paid 23$ for a pizza that was not fit to eat and ended up up throwing it away. Obviously that employee flat out lied to me that she put me in the system So went ahead and ordered the emergency pizza.
Got all the way home and that pizza was disgusting! What happened Martin Dominoes!!!??? Teach your employees not to lie (you would think they would already know that) and also teach them how to make good pizza.
I will be getting my pizza from Casey’s from here on out. They have been way better than Dominoes anyway, but dominoes used to be good….

I’m never surprised at grown people who work in places like this. They wouldn’t accept my $100 bill. It’s a Friday night… you can break it. At least put up a sign saying you can’t accept it. They told me to go to Wendy’s (next door) to break it and come back. Seriously though… so I left and broke the bill. When I got back they cancelled my order. I said you canceled it?? Then a man preparing the pizza turns around and says stop yelling in here.. lol I didn’t even yell. It was loud in there and I was surprised they canceled my order from 4 min ago lol. The girl at the register was laughing. Well I’m glad they had a good time bc I’m sure they will be working there their whole life..
