In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Strong 4 stars for Jets in Lafayette. I had the large Detroit style pepperoni with hamburger and sausage. I was really quite impressed with the quality and execution of a nice motor city style pie. The dough punches WAY above its weight class at this price and zero effort on my part. Will definitely be my go to Detroit style take out spot.

Pizza is great but it’s really annoying when you show up for a pickup order, you can see your order in the warmer, and nobody comes to give it to you for 15 mins. Especially when it’s snowing heavily and I drove here so no one would have to deliver it and every minute I wait here there is more snow piling up on the country road where I live.
Edit: The owner replied really politely as y’all can see. And in fact it was kind of my bad because I didn’t approach the counter close enough. So if you’re waiting for pickup, make sure you go and lean over the counter so they can see you. If there was a bell or something to ring that’d be helpful too. Thanks for being so awesome. The pizza was delicious, as usual!

If I had more toppings on the pizza than on the box I’d be happy. The delivery person was nice but seriously? I ordered it well done and it’s doughy and looks like it was cut with a butter knife.

I ordered the deep dish Jet’s Bread with mushrooms & black olives & he ordered a large 4 corner with jalapeño, mild pepper rings, mushrooms & green peppers. His pizza was delicious with no complaints & my bread was a little undercooked & drenched in the garlic butter sauce they put on the bread. It was full of toppings but I wasn’t able to consume the food due to how it was prepared. Overall the guys had good customer service & that’s important! I will give them another try one day to give them another chance.

Pizza and salad delivered late by a sketchy door dash driver, who didn’t know if we had a Jets order or Buffalo Wild Wings. Pizza was burnt and mostly inedible. Manager was “unable to issue a refund.” This location has gone downhill. Stay away.

We’ve got delivery here at least 5 times in the last 6 months. The pan pizza was phenomenal the first few times having it. The BLT pizza was to die for (sorry, not pictured). The hand tossed was equally impressive. However, now comes the bad news. The last few times we’ve ate here we have had stomach issues after words.
Now this could just be us, but it doesn’t seem to happen at other places. This still is a decent place for pizza but I think the last few times we’ve ate here we have got a bad batch of something that has wrecked havoc with our systems.

Jets is by far the best pizza around, some of the best Detroit style deep dish. Glad you can finally get it in Indiana instead of traveling all the way to the D. Especially love the buy by the slice options, great lunch choice.

I cannot attest to their food, but my truck battery died in front of their shop today and a gentleman came out and tried to jump start me, then gave me the name of a garage, which happened to be open for towing. He was so concerned about my dog in the heat, I just wanted to leave a review acknowledging what a nice man he is. My dog is doing fine, thank you for caring about her!
