Honestly some of the yummiest food I’ve had in St. George in a while! Ingredients were fresh, menu was unique and the service was friendly and fast. I also loved the lounge with the mortal combat and Pac-Man games. Cool place and yummy food. Also relatively inexpensive. Boyfriend got the grilled cheese with pepper jack Mac and cheese and brisket, with buffalo sauce, I got the cheddar Mac and cheese with chicken, peppers, jalapeños, corn and buffalo sauce, both were heavenly!

I’ve seen their instagram adds and got super curious, a Mac and cheese bar? So I went to try it out, not what is implied on social media AT ALL! I understand you shouldn’t believe everything you see on the internet, but the food looked so delicious, I had to get some. When I received my food (just noodles and pepper jack cheese) I got a second order for my sister (noodles and cheddar with bacon) I got my order, when I got home the food was super dry. I asked for bread crumbs on top and there were no noticeable bread crumbs. Some of my noodles were hard and dry, and the cheese wasn’t creamy like Mac and cheese. There wasn’t anyone in the establishment when I walked in except the workers. And it smelt like chemicals. Although, the garlic bread is to die for, it would be great if the Mac and cheese was to. I don’t have a problem with pricing or the establishment itself, but when I expect Mac and cheese, I expect my cheese to be at least a bit creamy, not hard and sticky. But all in all, the garlic bread made me happy.

First bite was ice cold broccoli and shredded unmelted cheese right out of the middle. I figured it was a fluke and tried a bite from the edge and it was the same. The temperature of the food is a real issue, especially when you provide the take out in a metal dish that cant go into the microwave for a quick warmup. Salt level was just shy of too much, and I love salt more than most.

The gentleman who took my order was attentive and welcoming. The back lounge area looks fun, but the store was completely empty.

Its a great concept that has foundational food preparation issues. Its about a $20 per person price point after tip.

Im willing to try it a second time, I really want this place to be AWESOME.

Hopefully next time the food is hot.

SAD…about sums it up, unevenly cooked tasteless expensive bad mac and cheese. If you get the BBQ sauce that’s all you taste. Even if you mix up the cheese they taste bland and there is no real difference. $50 for 2 small plates, drinks and some ok cheese bread. The workers seem to be in their own world instead paying attention. When we were called for our food they could not even tell me witch meal was witch. Basically take a bite and figure it out yourself.

Was super excited to this but honestly didn’t live up to the hype. Ordered Mac n cheese with brisket, brisket was a little over cooked noodles were overdone and the flavor just wasn’t anything to call home about. My daughter ordered the kids grilled cheese and for $5+ I had higher hope, that’s literally all it came with too! Maybe it was an off day but I wasn’t really impressed.

I really wanted to love Roni’s, but it didn’t live up to the hype. There was no ice available for drinks, and the name board system felt chaotic- an employee even admitted that it “just tosses names around,” which explains the confusion. The board said 14 minutes, but we waited over 30- and even after it said “almost ready,” it was another 20 minutes. The bacon was chewy instead of crispy, and even after paying $2 extra for more sauce, the mac and cheese was still on the dry side. The total was $50, and after an $8 tip and tax, it came to $66- for mac and cheese. Overall, it felt expensive for what you get. The concept is fun, but for the price, I expected better quality and attention to detail.

We made our first visit for lunch on a weekday and there was no wait. You choose your cheese (cheddar, alfredo, or pepper jack), toppings, and meat (if you want) and then they assemble & bake it. If you like Hawaiian pizza, you will definitely like the mac cheese with pineapple & ham or bacon. I loved it with the Alfredo. My friend enjoyed the cheddar with broccoli & mushrooms. You can choose a drizzle sauce to be put on after baking. The staff was great to explain everything and even put the sauce on the side (which we didn’t ask for). The sauces change the flavor of the dish and in the end, we preferred it without the sauce. We enjoyed being able to watch them put our order together (kind of like Subway) and there was even a fun room for teens to enjoy hanging out, watching TV, and playing games that were provided. We will definitely be back to try the grilled cheese with macaroni inside! – Paige Nemrow

I had a good experience grabbing a generous portion of mac ‘n cheese at Roni’s with my son. While I don’t frequently eat mac ‘n cheese, I would return to Roni’s if I ever had a hankerin’ for a bunch of tasty cheesy noodley goodness!

My kiddo begged me to try it out.
All in all OK. Ordering is cold Noone was really there. Just order at a screen. The menu was riddled was out of stock items. Not a huge variety. Food was hot and cheesy but overall bland. Atmosphere is kind of cool. Games in the back but foozeball had no balls. I wouldn’t come back unless someone I knew was dying to go .

Went today at 2:00 pm. Started to eat it at 2:10 pm. Macaroni was hard, bacon was hard, no flavor. Cheese was okay, but not enough to overcome the hard, burnt macaroni. I’m disappointed… I was so excited.
