I usually expect some level of wait during peak hours, but this visit was frustrating due to poor preparation and lack of customer service. On popular food item (teriyaki chicken) was unavailable, which already slowed things down (from my experience this particular item is never available). We were told fresh food would be ready in 5 minutes, but it ended up taking an additional 10 minutes beyond that, with no update or acknowledgment.
What made the experience worse was the customer service. While our food was being bagged, we asked for basic items like utensils and sauces, and the request was either ignored or met with no effort to assist. There was little communication, no apology for the delay, and no sense of urgency or attentiveness.
Delays happen, but better communication and basic customer service would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations.

One of the worst Panda Express Ive been to. The food is decent but the cashier has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. Employees should never embarrass customers in front of their family especially their kid. This is what I’ve encountered today and this needs to be corrected. I will never come here again and will not recommend this Panda for a place to eat especially family. Also, I did not leave with any food for my family because I was told by the cashier that Panda does not sell Family meals. I was showed what a plate was with an attitude and demoralized regarding what I knew. The cashier stopped her coworker from selling the very same family meal to feed my family because the particular cashier either felt some type of way or something else happened. Not sure, but I was professional, came with an empty stomach and an open heart. Seriously I hope no other customers encounter this type of dangerous behavior.

The staff here are rude, condescending and impatient. Laughing in costumers faces, obviously irritated when someone has more than one thing to order and sloppy with their plating.

Five stars because I don’t blame the franchise for the attitude of the people they hire. I love Panda. The Orange chicken is always on point. I have never had an issue here but today maybe because is a rainy Monday evening, the front of the house acted like they didn’t see me, I’m very vocal when it comes to food. She didn’t greet or acknowledge my existence even though I said Good evening and asked if they were still open. She then stared at me until I gave my request. Chow mien and Orange chicken with a water. She held the bag out and stared until I reached for it just to set it down on the counter. She then walked off. Then turned back and stared. So I asked. Can I have my water? She then pointed to the other side of the counter to where she placed the water. So petty, I don’t get it. If you want a job as front of the house, play the part. Sell it. It’s not that hard. I’m ranting but I hate it when bad employees deliver low blows to an otherwise good place. I still love Panda. I’m still going to eat here. I hope she overcomes whatever ruined her day.

I’ve never payed an expensive meal for hardly any food. Never eating here again. I only took two bites n they is wat they gave me… y does Virginia have such a horrible service around?! I hate this state!

The food is never stocked and you always have to wait for them to cook it! I waited almost 40 minutes for my food only to cancel a portion of my meal because they gave my chicken away.

We’ve given them a few tries but have yet to have a good experience. They are always out of something and today was extremely short. Out of the 5 options I gave to my husband to order for me, I got none. I give him backups cuz I already know they will be out of at least one for some reason they were out of all my picks. So my husband had to get a couple and hope I liked them.
However, even the food I did get (and would like normally), it was all trash. Noodles were overcooked and stuck together. So not stired much. Teriyaki chicken was dry and burnt. Kung Pao chicken was like the bottom of the barrel as I got mostly nuts and a few veggies. Only thing good was my honey shrimp.
But that’s not all! He asked for 1/2 noodles 1/2 rice. And guess what! NO RICE!! so essentially they ripped us of for charging us for an incomplete meal.
We’ve given them enough chances. No more.

They do NOT do rewards here, so if you have the app, do NOT even try it there! What’s worse is that there is not even a sign that tells you they do NOT do rewards there! So please take my advice on that. The only reason it gets two stars is because they are decent at best when it comes to how much they can give you, but I don’t eat here often. Still, no rewards program there sucks.

If i could give zero rate i will. Asian staff was so rude doesn’t even pay attention to our order, gave us a wrong order and on top of that serving was too small. Asian crews has nasty attitude
