NADC Burger (Not a Damn Chance) is absolutely worth the stop. This NYC spot is a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, and you can really tell there’s intention behind everything even with a small menu.

I ordered the NADC Burger, which comes with double 100% wagyu beef patties, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and slightly tamed jalapeños. The burger was super juicy, rich, and well-balanced without being over-the-top. You can also add an extra patty if you’re extra hungry.

The fries are cooked in 100% beef tallow, which already sets them apart, and they come with a really good chipotle-peppered ketchup. If you’re debating it, get the Beast Mode Fries—loaded with cheese, diced pickles, jalapeños, special sauce, and seasoning. Totally worth it.

They also offer a kids/simple burger (single patty, meat, cheese, bun) and they allow modifications, which is nice. Finished with a brown butter chocolate chip cookie, which was warm, soft, and the perfect ending.

Overall, great quality ingredients, fast service, and a cool skate-meets-chef concept. Simple menu done really well. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a solid burger in NYC.

The burger is juicy, saucy, greasy and a lot of napkins required. The fries are crisp, perfectly seasoned with a light batter and just the right hit of salt.
Beverage options are limited to bottled drinks only, no fountain sodas available.

Plenty of room to sit either inside or in the huge back area. Great for groups.

Don’t let them talk you into the double patty or the tricked out fries. It’s too much food! They are big on the upsell.

FYI. They occasionally run a happy hour special, limited items and certain times. You have to ask though, no signage anywhere.

Waitress really nice and available. To say that the fries were amazing and super crispy is not even close!!! Hamburger was juicy and fabulous. Sauces and cola were nice too.

Vibes are immaculate, with classic hip hop playing like GZA and A Tribe Called Quest. Burgers are simple, only two options on the menu but omg they slappp so hard. The fries are so crispy and tasty. Plus there’s skating championships playing on the tv? Solid 8/10 burger place!

I’m not a burger person but this place was phenomenal!! Kinda expensive but would come back 100000%.

The fries were crunchy, quite salty and slightly greasy. Definitely recommend sharing it but I could’ve easily eaten the entire thing. Must try the house ketchup; there was a kick to it which I absolutely loved.

I had the kid’s patty with a toasted bun. Meat was perfectly charred and well seasoned.

Seats are first come first serve – fast food style. Visit Homie for their donuts next door.

Found here as an online recommendation and I’m glad I tried it! Was a good burger with lots of flavor! Not my top recommendation for burgers in the city but I’m glad I tried it and enjoyed it! If someone was looking for a quick lunch I would say it’s a good spot to try!

Burger was fantastic, great taste to the meat, cooked really well. I really liked the beast fries, me and my wife think maybe the ketchup is homemade because it’s a bit more peppery than usual ketchup. Nice kind of classic burger place feel inside

Wow! Should have never think twice before I took the subway there after a long day

The smash was incredible, the best sauce and bun

The atmosphere is nice and young
The staff was welcoming and helpful

Last thing – even though I normally hate ketchup, this one was incredible! First time I am enjoying this.much of a ketchup

Would absolutely recommend the creamy soda and the ginger ale drinks, the where offered to us by a staff member and we are a bit suspicious, but they were incredibly and matched the vibes

The fries were also a perfect match, and the sauce and additions made a perfect connection between the fries and the burger
The only downside was the pricing,.but I most say the burger wasn’t expensive, just all the fries and drinks made it become less affordable

What could possibly bring Pro Skateboarder @NeenWilliams and 2 Michelin-Starred Chef @PhillipFranklandLee together in this life? The answer is simple yet interesting: their passion for cheeseburgers and skateboarding. We spend most of our lives searching for the perfect cheeseburger. @nadcburger has come the closest we’ve come to finding it. The NADC burger ($16) is made with 170g of 100% Texas Wagyu. The meat isn’t overly smashed and still has flavor, it’s not completely drenched in sauce, and it has a decent bun. The Beast Mode Fries ($8) are quite delicious. The Milk Shake ($6) is only available in vanilla. It’s about average. If they can perfect the bread and the Milk Shake, they might just open the gates of heaven for you.
