The service was Fantastic by both of the Mixologists. They were friendly, down to earth, super cool and chill, good conversation, and EXCELLENT at what they do.

Stopped by here last night with my wife for an after dinner drink and the place was very cute. We sat out on the porch and they had some extra blankets if it got too cold. Overall, the service was solid and the drinks were great too. I am always up for an old fashioned and this was certainly one of the best I had in Aspen. Wish we came here for dinner too because the menu looked amazing! I recommend to anyone in the area.

My boy Otto was very helpful in creating a custom cocktail for me. I was torn between a margarita and a whiskey sour…he is truly incredible, because he somehow blended both together…using whiskey as the base and mixing a sweet and sour mix with a hint of basil to create an unbelievable beverage. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Give Otto a raise! He is awesome.

Nothing but quality drinks at Hooch…and I’ve tried a “few” over the past 16 months. You won’t find it on the menu, but ask about El Monte or Monk’s Revenge if you are a whiskey person. Off the menu, try The Gentleman, Kentucky Rocking Chair, or Crossing the Rubicon. I promise you won’t be disappointed; and if you are, somethings wrong with you, not the drinks.

This is the absolute best place to grab a drink for any occasion; pre/post-dinner drinks, meeting up with friends after a day on the mountain or have yourself a night jamming to awesome music, sipping on delicious scratch cocktails and chatting up the person next to you!
The vibe is second to none and you won’t be disappointed! The staff is amazing, the decor is unique and the drinks are thoughtfully curated and made with love❤️
