Absolutely will never step foot in this restaurant again. The manager was rude as all get out, door was not locked and not marked. Couldn’t fit through the drive through the manager then proceeded to ignore me and roll his eyes. Do better.

Tried it for the first time today. Good food. Clean store. Took going up to the counter 3 different times to get all of our order though. They kept forgetting things or getting things wrong. I’m sure they’ll improve but not if this keeps up.

On 1/17/26, I went to this Wendy’s in Bartonville for lunch. I ordered online for dine-in (biggie bag-crispy chicken sandwich, fries, 4pc nuggets, and chocolate frosty). The food was ready quickly, and I sat down to eat. I first tasted the frosty and noticed that it was vanilla, not chocolate. Then I tried the fries. These were almost cold. The nuggets were fine, but then the chicken sandwich was almost cold. I was very disappointed, but was so hungry that I went ahead and ate. As I was getting ready to leave, I decided to walk up to the counter and voice my disappointment. I told the worker that this was my first time at the restaurant and he did a good job. But then I told him that the food was terrible! He quickly grabbed his supervisor and I explained everything to them. After I finished explaining, the supervisor said, “Sorry about that.” That was it. So I told her that I would be filling out the survey on the receipt and explaining all of this. When I arrived home, I immediately went online and filled out the survey, and when prompted, explained that I wanted to be contacted, and gave my email address. It has now been 19 days since, and no one from Wendy’s has tried to contact me about this problem. This is quite sad, and displays terrible customer service.

Waiting in the drive thru and no one took our order. Went inside and 6 employees ignored us. After wait 5 minutes, we finally placed our order. The food and coffee was terrible.

Went in lastnight and the employees where very rude and nasty language, also not trained reminded me of how KFC used to be they lost me as a costumer at this location I will keep going to the one in east peoria way better employees!
