Seven days a week we are serving up creative comfort food using fresh, honest ingredients from around the southeast. We roast our own coffee in small batches, bake our breads and pastries in house and make our soups from scratch every day. I had lunch delivered to my mother as a birthday treat. Mom said the G.O.A.T. and side cream of zucchini soup were delicious. The staff went above and beyond even decorating the box with a birthday message.

My mom could not be home this Mother’s Day so I looked up where she has been staying while her van gets fixed and found this great place to surprise her. Order online was easy and asked if they would make it special by hand writing a special note and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for doing that it meant alot to her and I. She loved the food and Beet Smoothie. Also very dog friendly.

We stopped at New Moon this afternoon for lunch after walking around downtown on a beautiful day. Nice little cafe, not a lot of seating. Friendly people and good service.
I had the G-Love sandwich, London broil, provolone and onions, and it was good but not really meaty. My lovely wife had the Boss Lady’s Chicken Salad and said it was fresh and delicious.
But the star of the show was what we took to-go and ate when we got home. Two brown sugar cinnamon muffins! I wish we bought a few more. Maybe next time!

I just moved to Aiken and this was the first place that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing food wise and I’m not disappointed one bit. I got the smoked salmon bagel and a small light coffee and the coffee was good but the bagel was amazing!! I will definitely be back and be bringing family and friends!!

Visiting from out of town, wanted a smoothie, decided to go here and I’m glad we did. Great place, lots of local art for sale, great friendly staff and a delicious menu. The menu looked so good I ordered the Turkey and apple on a croissant, and a banana strawberry smoothie with added protein. Great prices, fun place and seating outside.

Amazing! I go here all of the time. They are always nice and if you have any issues they take care of it or try to find a fix for it. 10/10 Recommend! They also sell art for small artist in the little off to the side seating area. I always love to go to just look around and enjoy the atmosphere.

We were looking for a good “soup and salad” lunch on Sunday, and the online menu for New Moon Cafe advertised several different salad items so we went there. I ordered a Chef’s salad and the girl at the cash register said “We’re out of salad”. I asked about a BLT and she said it would be bacon and tomato, no lettuce. I should have left at that point, but ordered a turkey sandwich. My sister ordered a different sandwich and asked the girl to hold the greens. When she got her sandwich, it had salad greens in it! It is absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant to be “out of salad”. I’m sure somebody could have run out to the nearest grocery store and picked up some lettuce to cover the lunch rush. Inept staff, lousy service. We will never go back.

First time outta the gate and I can’t wait to go back! We only purchased coffee, (which was delicious) but people rave about the food, so it’s on our list to eat at. They serve breakfast and lunch only. The people are extremely friendly and our beverages were freshly made. I am so happy to be part of this community
