Went with the family and had three dinner plates – one lobster, one lobster+fish, and one chicken fajita. Food was fresh and flavor was simple but tasty. The (stray?) cats were a bit eager when begging for food but never seemed dangerous. Live local band was also nice and do appreciate tips but aren’t pushy about it.

We’ve eaten our way through many places here – tourist and locally focused – and the seafood here is consistently beautiful as were the other dishes we sampled (especially the soup). Menu flexes based on resource availability, service is kind and warm, music is uplifting and who can complain, really, about giving musicians a bit of income. There is nothing to complain about, in our view.

This is my 3rd time at El Rancho. I first came in 2014 , then 2017 and then yesterday. The quality is consistently great over the years. Amazing lobster and shrimp dinner the staff is so humble and they grill the best lobster with a garlic sauce the atmosphere is so nice with the live music group. Thank you El Rancho for always providing the best service and food

I have the pork chop dinner, very nice. We were 8 in our group my daughter enjoyed the lobster a lot. Service was very good and prices good. Local chickens visited and kittens since it is very open.
