Totally despicable, condensation dripping to from ceiling unto table right next to where we were sitting. Broken table on other side of us. Food that my son and I ordered was advertised as being pulled pork but they were more like charbroiled to the brink of being burnt, burger patties. Unacceptable conditions.

Waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me that they close at 10:30 and will be closed for the day. Mind you I sat at the window for 2 minutes waiting for somebody to respond, and nobody responded until after 10:30. There’s no signage on the door anywhere, so everybody in the line had to just leave because they weren’t serving.

I ordered the 1/3 Frisco Burger and Onion Rings. The customer service was great but the food quality was not good at all. The onion rings were way over cooked and I didn’t even eat. The Frisco was ok, but definitely needed to be toasted a little longer.

Again, this location has shown a lack of care in fulfilling orders. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, confirmed it with the employee, and paid for it, but what I received was just a dry sausage and hard biscuit. This isn’t the first time it has happened here, which makes it even more disappointing. Should customers really have to check each order at the drive-thru to ensure employees are doing such a simple task correctly? Hardee’s management should be making sure orders are accurate and consistent. If this continues, it reflects poorly on both the staff and the management team.

I waited 25 mins for this. The burger wa maximum dry like it had been out for a while. Like I couldn’t bite into right. As you can see it was extra small. The service was straight though. The last pulled me forward after the car in front of me drove off. It wa a long wait which I didn’t mind but to wait 25 mins and spend $7 on a chili dog and a double, I’d expect more.

We ordered 4 milkshakes. When we got them, they weren’t full. They were an inch from the top of the cup! Im not exaggerating either. I took pictues..We went back to get them filled up and were told it was the right amount.
When I got home, my husband wanted to know where the rest of it was.
