Jersey Mike’s in Boone blew us away. Best customer service ever, y’all deserve the world! We ordered on the app, and since they were out of our bread, they went absolutely out of the way to make it up to us. They left a sweet message and a box of cookies. Things like this don’t happen often and it’s rare to see this level of customer service!

I got the giant turkey sub and for 20$ was expecting to get a couple meals from it. Instead I ate the entire sandwich and was still hungry by the end of it. There was a very thin layer of turkey on the sub and it was more bread than anything. It tasted good but will not be going back because I cannot afford a 20$ snack. I highly recommend going to publix instead, 10$ sub that I only eat half of before getting full and it is very close if not the same quality meat and produce.

I’m typically not a very hard person to please. I don’t expect much especially out of a sandwich shop. However I went to this location today for lunch and spent almost 30 dollars on a poorly made sandwhich. It fell apart as soon as I opened it to eat it and the rest of the experience was just as sub par. All of the tables were dirty and the staff seemed bothered to be there. I won’t be returning

Jersey Mike’s is no longer a reasonable option for me. It’s a really average sub at high prices. I don’t know when the prices went up and/or quality stagnates but $11 for a regular size Italian sub is above my threshold of price pain. If Google had a star rating for “Value” I’d give it a 2.

If you want to pay almost $20 for a giant italian to get meat sliced so thin then go here. Really it was thinner than shaved. Not even a whole slice of any of the meats. I would have loved to show the owner and manager to see if they thought this was acceptable. It’s not. I feel you are ripping off your customers. So disappointing.

Wife and I ordered on the app and came 15 minutes later and got the two subs we took home. Sandwiches were absolutely awesome tasting so no issue. Admittedly the store doesn’t look super new or even super inviting but, you know, it’s a sandwich shop; who cares? Sandwich taste and value was excellent.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Boone location. I have been eating their subs for years all over the USA. The place was a mess, dirty tables, no trash bag in trash can, ice maker not working so no cold drinks. I have been here many times before but this was a bit of a shocker. I always order the Giant Veggie sub and its always been good. This one was a shell of all the others, it was very light on all the ingredients, even the cheeses were so thin you could read a newspaper thru it! I point this out to what I believe is the assistant manager and this person did not seem to care and I was just a complainer. This person promptly told me that thy were “trained at corporate” and knew how to make subs. When I pointed out that I was comparing this one to all the others over all the years this person told me they must of been over loading the subs since this person knew it all. I stayed calm, did not raise my voice and never cussed of course, my wife was close by and could hear it all. This person said “I could give you a free drink (remember no ice!) or a few cookie”. I paid over $17 for a sandwich and chips ad always thought it worth it until now. I once again told them that this was a horrible way to treat a long time customer and a horrible way to handle customer service. At least they could of offered to make it again properly but they actually asked me to leave. I was glad to but very disappointed. I will never go back to this location. Sadly it seems that this Jersey Mikes is heading in a downhill direction and I sure hope their assistant manager gets retrained or replaced. I also hope this chain does not follow the road of so many other chains as they grow and grow. Prices go up, quality goes down and customer service becomes a thing of the past.

I was called back from corporate within 24 hours. We had a pleasant, professional, constructive conversation. This person addressed my very unpleasant experience at the store in Boone, apologized and let me know what she did to address the issues at the store and regional levels. “Every store and employee has a bad day”. We will chalk it up at that….

The team is great at this location, but one employee sticks out a little more then others Abigail goes above and beyond every morning my sub is always correctly made never messy and the service is outstanding always serves with a smile. Must say your lucky to have this employee . I will continue to return.
