The worst experience we have ever had. Normally don’t do delivery but we had a lot going on Friday. The first set of photos are from this location. We called back to complain, and the manager John assured us that he personally checked these items before they were delivered. This means the quality control, pride in your work, customer service, and expectations are not high enough for us to continue to spend our hard earned money with you all. Why would you be ok with sending this out the door?
The cheese sticks were over cooked and hard like a crouton; there was not adequate cheese. The cheese pizza was overcooked as well, looked as though the grand babies cut it, and not sure why the cheese shifted to one side. The chicken pizza had the same shift of cheese and ingredients. Also, they must have been training the new girl how to cut a pizza and then how to vote in squares on the same pizza. The boneless wings were supposed to be honey Bar B que. Hmmm…..I don’t think we said to hold the sauce.
The second set of photos was the replacements in comparison to what was originally made. We decided to drive the extra few miles to Fairfield and pick up. Thanks to the Fairfield location for taking pride in what they do and ensuring the customer is satisfied!
In summary, stay away from this location drive to Fairfield or somewhere else, unless you want to waste your money and Doncare about quality! In my opinion, the presentation is key. Take pride in everything that you do.

This was undoubtedly the worst pizza I have ever tasted. It was extremely dry and overcooked. I ordered the pizza online and picked it up at the store, intending to enjoy it during a girls’ night out with my family. However, neither I nor my family could eat it. I considered contacting the store for a refund. I doubt I will dine at Pizza Hut again. Additionally, I had requested plates, napkins, and plasticware with my order. Upon arrival, I was only handed the pizza. I had to ask for the plates, napkins, and plasticware again, and even then, I only received napkins and plates. The store was somewhat chaotic, with a line of customers, and the staff seemed disorganized. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no plans to return to that location again.

I have ordered from this store multiple times and every single time they screw it up. They will not send Parmesan cheese or red peppers. I received no plates and both pizzas seal was open. I called 4 times got hung up on 3 times and then was told this store is not receiving phone calls by the service center. This is just bad service all the way around.

Tried picking up an Uber eats order and the worker told me sorry that it’s not ready and then said that he is “drunk and high”. Waited 20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready so I left. Order was just one pizza so definitely shouldn’t have taken that long. Management was screaming at employees in front of customers as well.

The manager Jackie was so helpful. She made sure my order was exactly what I ordered and fresh. She was stuck with no driver, so she had door dash deliver my order quick. Fresh food, great service great prices!

Just ordered from here. The delivery guy shows up with the complete wrong order down to the receipt and proceeds to tell me he’ll go back to the store and grab the right order. I call up and ask if I could have my order remade so it’s not cold since they sent me someone else’s order. The first girl was perfectly understanding so no blame on her, but when I guess she put the “manager” on the phone let’s just say I was told “it’s not our problem” “no we will not remake anything” and being nothing short of a b****

I’ve waited an hour and a half for my single pizza. I tried calling multiple times and I get sent to Voicemail. When I called customer service they just told me that they couldn’t do anything and sent me to the stores Voicemail. I haven’t been able to contact anyone at the store about a refund and canceling my order. This is ridiculous

This review is a bit overdue. I have not ate from a Pizza Hut since this day. A few months ago, I had ordered from this location. After about an hour of submitting my order, I called to check on the status and they assured me my order was on its way. After another 40 minutes or so I called to check my order again, and got the same feedback, that it was on their way. Still not receiving my order, I called yet again and they tried to give me the same assurance, but I explained that I’ve been waiting for my food for nearly 3 hours. I eventually got my food, it was nearly 10:30 at night by the time it came. This was during a school night and I normally do not allow my 5 year old son to stay up so late, but couldn’t send him to bed hungry. I emailed and called to make sure my experience was known, but all they offered me was a coupon for a free large pizza. I failed to mention the quality of the food that night, so let me say this. Save yourself from disgusting undercooked greasy pizza and avoid this place, aside from that you never know when you’ll receive your food. This experience killed any future business with Pizza Hut at least from my own expense.
