I’ve had different experiences on two occasions while ordering online. The first, my Pizza being ready never updated. I had a feeling it was done so I went to store and it was done. Another time, it was updated to its ready without a problem. I will probably just order over the phone and not rely on app even though it has good offers.

The times I’ve gone there for bread sticks they don’t have any ready. Yet they tell me I have to wait after I paid. If they expect ppl to wait, at least put some chairs or something to sit on . Or tell me before I pay so I can go somewhere else

they are worst pizza and the employees are shady .my dog wouldn’t eat it $12. I can’t believe they are in business. should be free I threw it in the garbage after I called to complain. they gave me a hard time as if I was trying to scam pizza from them. whoever supervises this should really take a hard look on what’s going on there

Visited Little Caesars today and was blown away by an employee named Isaac. In an age where personalized service feels rare, Isaac greeted me BY NAME, remembering me as a past customer. That alone was impressive, but what happened next was unforgettable. I had my energetic 5-year-old daughter with me, and Isaac didn’t just acknowledge her—he genuinely engaged her. When she greeted him, he warmly replied, ‘Hi! What’s your name?’ and sparked a sweet little conversation with her. As a parent, seeing an employee take the time to connect with my child means a lot. It wasn’t just transactional; it was human, kind, and refreshing. This level of care and hospitality is something you simply don’t see everywhere anymore. Isaac is the kind of employee who makes customers feel valued and turns a quick pizza run into a bright spot in your day. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing their brand. Thank you, Isaac and Little Caesars—we’ll be back because of you! Ahhhh

I’ve always liked this pizza, and it’s very affordable, so I still highly recommend it, but today (June 11th 2025) they cut the pizza so bad, one slice was really tiny and three opposite side had a crazy large slide. It also had a bit of an absurd amount of bread, but that’s fine. I think it’s because of the surplus of new high school students getting their first job for the summer, because I’ve never seen such quality at this place before. Overall, I think it’s not a real breaker and this place is really solid. It has many options to love.

Worst customer service ever. On 10/08/21 at 3:35 pm i went to pick up my order and i watched the cashier run outside and stop a customer who already had there pizzas in here car and the little Caesars cashier said I gave you the wrong pizza and he took the pizza back from the customer who already had it in there car and he took the pizza back inside the store and he put it back inside the stores pizza warmer. I than said im here for my order and he handed me the same pizza he just took form the customer car and put back into there pizza warmer and tryed to give me the same pizza, and when i said you just took that same pizza from that person’s car outside and put it back into your pizza warmer and than tryed to give it to me. He than said no i didn’t ,i than said i watched you. He than said i gave you the one on the top, i said I watched you put it back on top , he said i put it on the bottom. I these covid19 times this place is not doing there part to keep everyone safe, the food quality and service and respects for customer service is the worst i have ever seen and experienced. I recommend you take your money elsewhere to Whitmore and crows landing little Caesars. Its much cleaner and ran much better.

This place is not as good as the other ones around the area, the pizzas are smaller and the extra most cheese pizza are the same as the regular ones, maybe a couple more Pepperoni’s but no big difference, it’s been 5 times that I give this place a chance since it opened and I don’t think I will buy here again, for my money’s worth I will go to the other little Caesars around here. Here are my pictures of what I got today the stuffed crust is small and my extra most cheese is a normal. Keep in mind that it should look just like the stuffed crust but it looks so dry!!!

I mean you know that you get what you are paying for. And your paying for a $10 meal that can actually hold you over. Not only that but entry price to pay is actually $7.99 which means their def the best of the “cheap pizza places” and they make it fast. So fast and cheaper all whist hitting the mile stone of good cheap pizza. Toppings are bomb too and fresh.
