It was a cool winter day, and I was craving something sweet, so I decided to stop by the Greenbrier Dunkin Donuts. The cozy atmosphere and the smell of freshly brewed coffee immediately made me feel at ease. I ordered my all-time favorite, the Boston cream donut, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly satisfying my sweet tooth.

Everyone seemed to be in high spirits, sipping their coffee and enjoying the little moments of their day.

I hate to visit this place in the morning. For a couple of time the lady manager always in a bad temper. Nasty attitude especially to Arun. I hate to see her treating this guy so bad. It’s not a good attitude as a leader. I like to visit here in the afternoon when the guy name John is there. He seems so calm even most of the day he was by himself. He’s so polite, apologetic and respectful to the customer especially when the order are a lot and being taken care of by himself. The 3 stars belongs to the John, but I can’t give 4 or 5 because the manger attitude is off!

I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich for pick-up. When i got home and opened the sandwich, it was all burnt with two big holes. I had to drive all the way back to the store to ask for another sandwich. When I got there and explained that the bread was burnt, the worker there started giving me an attitude and argued with me saying that that is how it is when it comes out of the oven when all she had to do is say I’m sorry and give me a new sandwich. I just told her to kindly give me a new sandwich and she kept on giving me a smart ass attitude. She finally gave me a new sandwich but slammed the sandwich on the counter. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve bern to. Never going to this place again. Would you eat the sandwich in the photo?

Horrible manager by the name of Lee, I asked for light ice and she slammed the counter three separate times and gave me a nasty attitude. Other customers saw this and proceeded to tell me “I saw that”. In the end she ignored my light ice request and on top of that did not fill the cups all the way to the top and added whipped cream NOT sweet cold foam. This is unacceptable. She saw me holding one drink that was already made and accused me of getting an extra drink, but when she saw that my order in fact had 4 drinks she backed off. I had another issue a few months ago where she gave me BURNED hashbrowns that weren’t even edible as they were hard as a rock. She told me to come back for a new set of hashbrowns but I didn’t because it was not worth it at that point. I never complain because I know the fast food business is tough, but this experience made me realize I will never be coming to this location ever again. It is sad that Dunkin is allowing the same manager with this number of terrible reviews to continue working here. It absolutely makes no sense. I saw another review with a photo of this manager from a few months ago and with the exact same complaint about the half-filled drinks. So it’s clear she does this on purpose. It looks like she still has not learned how to be a proper manager, so it truly baffles me that she is still employed here. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know this is not the way to treat paying customers. In fact, this is how you LOSE business.

Stopped for a quick breakfast .. we liked the avacado toast … could have been more crunchy but it became a little soggy after 10-15 mins . coffee was ok . Nice interiors . Parking is good . Good overall ..

Here’s a scathing review for your experience with Mr. Jose at Dunkin’ Donuts:

⭐ 1/5 – Rude, Unprofessional, and Absolutely Unacceptable!

I’ve never been treated so poorly at a Dunkin’ Donuts before. Mr. Jose was beyond disrespectful—first, he claimed my voice was “too low” when I was simply speaking normally. Instead of politely asking me to repeat myself or leaning in to hear better, he had the audacity to tell me to leave the store!

How is this acceptable customer service? Since when does an employee get to decide who stays or goes based on their personal whims? I wasn’t being disruptive, I wasn’t rude—I was just trying to place an order. If he struggles with hearing customers, maybe he should ask for clarification instead of kicking them out.

This was outright discrimination and an embarrassment to Dunkin’ Donuts. Zero hospitality, zero professionalism. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to avoid this location if Mr. Jose is working. Dunkin’ corporate should seriously reconsider whether someone with such poor customer service skills should be representing their brand.

Just left. Place was filthy, employee barely opened her mouth to speak. She set my coffee down with an attitude, no ‘have a nice day’s, no nothing. Upon closer inspection, I see what looks like hair and something else I’d rather not think about. Didn’t notice it till I walked away. The cup was disgusting. I love Dunkin, but I will not be back to this location. I’m used to crappy customers service, so I’m not even going to waste my time saying anything to her, but gross. Use clean cups at least.
