For medium size subs, two turkey bacon ranches with an Italian and the club sandwich came out on time. Pay a little extra for that quality. They do the right type of wheat bread. I would recommend Firehouse.

Never have i had so many issues trying to get food. They’re just calling out sandwiches they made, don’t bother to divy them by name or order number. People grabbing what they paid for. If you ordered anything remotely close to anyone else, rest assured they will take your food before you.
Just go anywhere else in the airport instead.
What you do get is pictured.
Still want to go back and hassle the other employee about getting my drink. She didn’t even look at my receipt, didn’t respond to me at all, just reprinted paper for my order, saw that I did have a drink, and barely cared to fill jt and put it on the counter. Again, without acting like I even existed. And honestly, better for her. Especially if she’s the one training the other gentlemen to cause all these issues for everyone.

Asked for a sweet and spicy meatball sub. Literally read it from the menu. Employee told me it wasn’t a menu item. Not that they were out, but that that didn’t exist. She wouldn’t even turn around when I pointed to the menu to show her what I was asking for. I walked away.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Rude staff. Should not take 35 minutes to get subs. Closed at 530 due to out of too many ingredients. Wouldn’t even look at you much less talk to you if you walked up to the counter. Never again.

Ordered a hook and ladder salad. Under the name on the overhead menu it stated oven roasted turkey. To the right another option said no meat with a different price like an option for that salad. $9.00 for a cardboard bowl of lettuce seems outrageous! We asked the gentleman about meat and he said it doesn’t come with meat. Totally disappointed. Do better Firehouse subs.

Pro Tip: Warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds and dunk it in milk.

My husband and I both ordered subs on kiosk. We ordered 2 subs and drinks. I ordered no mushrooms as I have an allergy to mushrooms. When I received my sub there was mushrooms on it and I am highly sensitive. The lady remade it but was so rude and threw the sub on the counter. Our original sun was on the counter so I asked which one was the new one. She ignored us shook her her mumbling something and walked into the back room. I opened both subs to see what one was mine and took the new one. After opening the sub I found it very poorly made and something extremely salty added. My husband even took a bite and said you are not eating this. I tried to get it resolved but employee was no help we ended up going elsewhere. I will never go to another firehouse after this experience.

The girl working was the rudest person I’ve encountered possibly ever in a food establishment. Made subs wrong then was mad when she had to remake. I asked for pickle spears (that come with all sandwiches), she told me they don’t have pickle spears. Then proceeded to pick up a PICKLE SPEAR. I asked if I could just have that one and she told me their manager didn’t allow them to give them out and that they had to chop them up first. So I got a chopped up pickle spear … which made more work and wasted a little plastic container that she could have just put in the sandwich container where it belonged in the first place. I wouldn’t allow this girl to work 1 more day anywhere I owned or managed. The poor guy working with her was just trying to play mediator as he was friendly enough but also didn’t seem to understand the menu or how their ordering system worked (it’s all self order kiosk). Breakfast sandwich was ok.
What I could have done without is a dirty look from the employee. I guess she felt the need because she had to get up from the customer seating and off her phone to take my order and make it.
I overheard her complaining to her friend about me not using the kiosk to place my order.
Be nice to just have the whole process automated than deal with service like this.

Just wow. Have to order on kiosk because it was busy. 3 workers and none were rushing around making sandwiches. Really mismanaged and a bit of a joke.
