I have no idea how this place stays in business. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go, no matter who is working, they all have an attitude. Hateful, rude, lazy. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your food made right. You can tell the chicken tender batter if hardly cleaned . It’s always clumped and powdery. I used to work at another Hardee’s location so I know how it’s supposed to be. It’s disgusting. Employees will literally be on their phones at the counter watching videos at full volume , and ignore you until they’re ready to acknowledge you. I’ve lived here my whole life and have only came here as a last resort. Always hopeful that MAYBE this time they’ll have different staff. MAYBE after all these years, it’s improved.. but no. The literally hire the absolute worst people they can find. If it wasn’t for it being a truck stop, I guarantee it would’ve failed as a business. It’s just a one stop place to get food, rest and shower .. truckers single-handedly keeping that place alive. I mean maybe hire at least one person that doesn’t act like making a simple burger and fries is asking too much of them. Even the managers. Hateful and lazy . Laurel deserves better. The men and women who come to the truck stop after working and driving long hours, deserve better. I suggest if you want Hardee’s… go to seaford , Delmar or even Salisbury. . Anywhere but here

Multiple times I’ve received almost Raw, doughy biscuits rushed out instead of made properly. Same with the sausage, barely cooked, there is every little effort put into the quality of product given to customers. I seems like they take advantage of the fact that deove through customer won’t see how bad the food is they are given until they are already gone and it’s too late. Order has been wrong multiple times they don’t seem to listen.

Always cold. Never fresh. Terrible attitudes by staff and managers. They charge $.85 for tap water. Even if you bring your own cup. That is illegal. Tried to contact hardees corporate office in every single way. They have no number to call. Submitted complaint thru their system multiple times and still never heard anything from anyone. Pathetic

my fries are awfully stale, they have to be atleast a week old. i sat at the window for atleast 20 minutes and they arent fresh. asked if they had the barbecue chicken sandwich (they do) and worker responded with “we don’t sell those” and when i told him, yes they do he had to go ask. my sodas a flat and the tenders are cold. 1/5 wont be eating here again.
