First time ordering from this location, and unfortunately I’m disappointed.
I understand this isn’t a high-end pizza place, but when I PAY EXTRA for toppings, I expect to actually receive extra toppings (RIGHT?!). I PAID for them, and the pizza I received was not even close to what was ADVERTISED or PROMISED. (is this stealing?)
Looking at this pizza, it doesn’t look like it has extra toppings at all. In fact, half of the pizza BARELY has any toppings on it — and no, I did not accidentally select half toppings. This just feels like lazy pizza-making, from a lazy store. does this laziness start from the top?
What makes it worse is that I’ve ordered from many other Papa John’s locations over the years and never had an issue like this. Unfortunately, this franchise was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
If you need a quick pizza and don’t really care about quality or accuracy, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, this was very disappointing and honestly embarrassing for them.

Never had a problem with ordering pizza here and having it delivered to our home. Except this time the DoorDash driver somehow destroyed our pizza on his trip to our home. How does all the toppings on a pizza just slide off during a 10 min drive?? Super disappointed.

Several months ago I left a glowing review for this store. Well I hate to say that I think that Sean has left the building and they have hired incompetence all over again. I placed a delivery order and as always a made a call to the store to make sure that the correct sauces and that the 2 litter I ordered would be delivered. The manager I spoke to said he would make sure everything would be checked before delivered. I asked for his name and was hung up on. I made the comment that this was going to get screwed up. The delivery came and as stated the sauces were wrong and there was no 2 litter delivered. I do not know how you can screw up what you were supposed to check 10 mins prior. I called and spoke to Jaden who apologized and stated that he would put in for a remake of the meal as he could not offer a refund. I am just tired of having to call in to make sure things are correct and still have them screwed up. In this day an age and with these prices I should not have to do your job!!

Ordered the new pan pizza and it was good but the crust wasn’t crusty enough like a pan pizza, I think by putting the sauce over the the edge ruined the crispiness.

The pizza was really disappointing, bland sauce, barely any toppings, and the crust was chewy instead of crispy. It felt like no care went into making it. Definitely not worth the price.

Ordered a papadia steak extr meat without peppers order came it had a few tiny pieces of steak on it. Call the store to manager. He says I didn’t make your sandwhich ill give you a credit though, then say we used the last of the steak on your meal. So if you knew you didn’t have enough to fill a order then why did you send the order out ???? Not calling and telling me that I would of switched my order. Whole time on this phone call the manager did not care and giving off a couple of words at a time and left in silence, then another couple words. Contacted papjohna customer support and made a complaint about the order and store manager, which obviously already had bad reviews for the management for this location.
