I was not happy with my experience there. I had two breads I could choose from flatbread or white bread. I know Subway makes their breakfast I’m not sure why we didn’t have enough? They were not busy I was the only customer.. I guess it’s just common standard for the subways to be rude to their customers. And not have enough inventory. Which I find very disappointing because subways one of my favorite restaurants. Or I should say was one of my favorite.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU OR GO IN THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU! I ASKED FOR A LITTLE BIT OF SALT AND PEPPER ON MY SUB. I’M PRETTY SURE THE LID FELL OFF OF THE SHAKER ON MY SANDWICH!!!! IT WAS SO BAD. I COULD NOT EAT IT!!!! Thi, unfortunately, was not the first time I have had issues with them not listening when yelling them how I would like my sub made, and I’m not overly picky like some people. Just a simple, not toasted, then they toast it, little bit of onion, you get the whole onion, etc. I guess I will just have to stop going here completely!! I had only continued due to convenience and I understand everyone has a bad day but this is ridiculous! How are they still working here! How has this place not closed yet!

The service was terrible. You pull up yo the menu and u are the only person there, the dining room is closed so no one is in the inside, the girl taking orders says look at the menu and I’ll be back to take your order soon. I say I am ready to order now. The girl says “I need a minute” and lets me sit there.
If you do not want to work then let someone who does. This is the second time and the last she has done this to this customer. Last time I waited 10 minutes for her to take my order. Evening shift 730 pm. I am positive corporate would not want their customers treated this way.

Overall great place, but I wouldn’t take a infant there. There is no baby changing table in there, so I had to lay my coat down on the bathroom floor to change my son. It was super clean and you serve yourself basically. Downside to the highchairs and boosters there is the seat belts are super dirty and some were dirty. Be prepared to clean them up a bit.

Didn’t have the bread, drink, or cookies I ordered in stock….then they shorted me cookies….and when I got home to eat, AFTER I ASKED THE GIRL WORKING IF THEY HEATED UP MY MEAT ON MY NON TOASTED STEAK AND CHEESE, AND SHE TOLD ME YES….TOOK A BITE OF ICE COLD, FROZEN, MEAT!!! And ordered extra meat and did not get that either! Never again! Maybe the kids working should put their phones down and pay attention to what they are doing! Oh and they do not accept coupons.

Order Door Dash paid ahead and got completely wrong sandwich. Called the store and the kid argued with me said that’s what I ordered when I am looking directly at my receipt. Head person gets on the phone since there is not one manager on duty says they will make it but not deliver I will have to call door dash back and reorder my sandwich. Refunded the sandwich but not door dash. Called Corporate and he wanted to send me coupons I said No just fix that places problems. Later that same day I received a email from the “manager” said she was sorry about the issue I had. Lamest apology ever. They screwed up all around and did not own up to it.

We ate inside so we witnessed our subs being put into the machine that they use to toast them. When we got done eating and left, my spouse and I were both talking about our subs not being warm on one end of the sub but were warm on the other end of our foot long subs. I believe the Van Wert North building needs to look into fixing the “toasting” machine or replace it.
Toward the end of our dine in experience, some of the employee language use was not pleasant to hear. We were not the only family that had children with us. I happened to notice one time that a car had just pulled into the drive-thru area and one of the employees said, “Go the **** away.”
