Solid workers who are more than happy to make your order right. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that they keep things clean and don’t cross-touch meats when making my sandwich—I never have to ask them to change gloves, which makes the whole experience so much easier. The staff are friendly and to the point, and it’s one of the few Subways where I feel relaxed ordering. Highly recommend. Only downside is they don’t carry veggie patties, which is a bit of a letdown.

Bad customer service. They don’t accept coupons. They don’t put napkins in your bags. The sandwich artist was rude to my mom. We showed coupons and she rudely said it’s our store and we don’t and won’t accept them. First of you can be rude to me, but definitely not to my mom. I will never give my hard earned money to another business that doesn’t deserve my business.

Ordered online with a coupon through the app and the employee at the counter was very rude about it. I asked for a side cup of sauce and he said no “because I used a coupon”. He also didn’t put the double cheese on my sandwich (the hotshot Italiano which is supposed to come with double cheese by default) because I used a coupon. Also he didn’t put cucumbers on my sandwich, not sure if he just forgot or it was intentional but the receipt shows I ordered cucumbers and I received none. On top of that he was just very slow to make my order.

We spent $40 on crappy sandwiches. There was no flavor. There was a man and 2 women working there. The 1 girl had a deer in a headlights look and did nothing. The other woman was a little better. She would have done a better job if the guy there wasn’t telling her what to do the whole time and let her listen to my order. Not worth it.

Aug 2023 – this location must be under new ownershipmanagement. Have stopped here numerous times traveling I-95 and today was the best experience we had. Really friendly husband & wife team working (I’m assuming), clean bathroom. Sandwiches were exactly the way you expect from Subway.
