We ordered pizza ahead and were given a 6:40pm pick up time. Our pizza wasn’t ready until 7:30. I understand that it’s a day before a holiday, but I had to go inside and ask for our order after waiting 45 minutes outside and by then, our pizzas had been sitting out the whole time and were then cold. No one offered to comp for anything and there was no sense of urgency to get all the orders they had clearly backed up.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. I received text updates on the progress of my order i.e. approximate arrival time, when the driver was approaching & when the order was delivered. From the time I ordered until the food was in my hands was about 15 minutes. The food was what I expected; everything I ordered was there and was good. I got the spicy cheese with the bread sticks and it does have a kick to it. I’d rate it as medium heat.

Pizza was over cooked, no sauce, and cold. We did order at 11pm but we still should have fresh hot pizza. Since they close at 12. Tried to call the store. No answer plus we ordered bread sticks asked for both garlic butter and sauce all we got was less then half filled sauce cups

Ordered a pizza with 840 pick up time. Picked up early pizza was ice cold. Ordered extra pepperoni, only half the pizza had pepperoni. Terrible. By far the worst Danatoes I’ve ever been to. Avoid this location!!!!

Tried to order a pizza but they do not accept phone calls. They have an AI answering system that will not let you speak with a real person. We could not ask for special ingrediants or anything. When the pizza was picked up it was wrong and you cannot call them. This is ridiculous and we will never eat there again

Food showed up 3 hours after placing the order. They have no delivery drivers and are using DoorDash or 3rd parties to make their deliveries. Showed up missing items ordered as well, pizza undercooked. Terrible experience

Worst customer service ever. Sat there waiting for help, multiple people saw us and did absolutely nothing. When a young d man came to the window, his attitude was beyond rude. This is inexcusable in an atmosphere like this.
