Usually pretty good here, especially when busy they don’t drag- but today I ordered a drink and considerably was rush hour. But even with rush hour I wouldn’t expect my drink to be mooched. I didn’t even take a sip or taste, came home- opened my drink and this is how low it was already. Starbucks makes too much money to be mooching like so.

Placed an order through the app but when I got there 2 minutes later the doors were locked and a sign saying to go through the drive through. I walked there and wasn’t going to wait in line outside, in a drive through so I left and called for a refund. Lucas said I had to come in for a refund, but yet they locked the doors and I already left. So I couldn’t get my coffee and was charged for it. He said I had to come back tomorrow and can get my coffee or a refund then.

But they are attentive they get you your coffee get you your drink it’s a pleasing atmosphere.. I really like the three leather chairs when you first walk in they’re so comfortable so I make my order and then I sit there and wait rather than the drive-through but they do have a drive-through and they have plenty of parking and it is handicap access

Wow. Came to sit for a minute and study. There are 6 people behind the counter! All I can say is that they are acting like a bunch of 10 year olds, except the gentleman. He actually said that 2 of them shouldn’t work together. It was clear that they were training someone who prolly will act like the rest of them after being trained. I’am hearing stories of stuff not being cleaned and eggs being stuck all over the machine and how “gross” it was. One of the “chatty Kathy’s” sounded like she was crying. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. It was loud and continuous. I finally figured out she was laughing! It was the most annoying thing ever! In the time I’ve been sitting here there were 2 other customers sitting whom looked like they were studying also. They both just got up and left. If I had to take a guess they were as annoyed as I was. Granted this is not a library, but the staff are very unprofessional to say the least (again not the gentleman). As nasty and as sticky as my table is right now, someone should be doing a better job of cleaning. Not sure who runs this place, but I think 6 people are not needed. I saw maybe 6 customers come in from the time I got there. I’ve been here about 30 minutes plus. I would of gotten more coffee, even maybe a sandwich, but couldn’t bear to sit there any longer.

5/1 – I frequent this Starbucks all of the time, I’m talking 3-5x a week and the service is usually amazing…it’s my favorite location. The service today actually sucked. The drive thru was blocked with chairs so I had to go inside, no big deal, things happen. The girl working the register (brown curly hair, looks to be in high school) was chatting with another worker (male with clear glasses, looked high school age as well) and when I approached the counter to make an order her entire demeanor changed, like literally smiling when the guy and then saw me and frowned like I was interrupting her. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, which is my standard and they called out other people’s names when it was their turn to pick up the drink and then just set mine on the counter and never called out my name at all. Then I said have a good day to the guy working and he literally just ignored me like I wasn’t even talking to him. The iced caramel macchiato is probably the worst I’ve ever had from any Starbucks, it tastes like 90% whole milk, and 10% coffee with no caramel.. I I try not to leave negative reviews but they could’ve done a much better job today.
This is my favorite location in all of Madison, workers are friendly and they’re very quick. And my orders are always correct.

The worker whom I believe had red hair and glasses on working drive thru this afternoon you are a doll! (I didn’t catch her name) Her energy was truly infectious! I was having a rough morning and her positivity picked me right up into a better mindset to go on with my day. Keep being your amazing self queen! The vanilla bean danish she recommend was great as well 🙂
