Choosing a favorite sandwich chain can certainly be difficult, there are so many to choose from! Potbelly is definitely in my top 3! The sandwiches at this location are consistently good. Bread is always nicely toasted, ensuring the sandwich is crunchy and crispy. Ingredients are fresh tasting and solid. My go to is the Chicken Club or Old-World Italian.

Soooo disappointed. I ordered a half Mediterranean skinny sandwich. I was looking so forward to my usual veggie filled goodness. This is inedible! I have one tiny artichoke skin, 3 thinly slices of cucumbers, a scattering of feta and red bell peppers and a wee bit of hummus smear on the one side of overly toasted bread. Do better Pot Belly. It’s not that hard.

2 tiny, lonely tomato slices.
3 tiny onion rings
2 tiny, very thin, lonely pickle slices
Asked for EXTRA OIL, got NOOOOOOOO oil.
Asked for Italian seasoning, found none.
I paid cashier at about 922pm.
They turned off 3/4 lights at 939 pm
I don’t recall the question the cashier asked me but I replied. The cashier was paying no attention.
I replied again.
No reply again.
I replied in a louder voice.
The cashier only caught my 3rd reply a bit.
The giggling by 3 employees was not loud but it never stopped.
I will not return if you offered me 2 free sandwiches

For years, I’ve loved coming here, but the last two times the workers are joking around playing not taking care of customers the way they should be. You walk in and instead of greeting you they’re talking and make you wait while they joke around each other. The last time I came, I asked for opinion on a menu item and he said it’s not good because of the lady who made it. But he was laughing while saying it. I don’t think I received a real answer because he was joking around with the people he was working with. Didn’t order. I don’t understand what’s going on, but they should have a more strict management team.

Walked in, got my order taken somewhere that wasnt the register, had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee had airpods in, then had to repeat it again to the person at the register, they finally finished my order but i coypdnt have known that because they never called out or anything AND LEFT THE BAG BEHIND THE COUNTER so i had no way of even knowing it was my order, the whole thing also took about 15 minutes when there is literally a sign saying the aim for 8, they also didnt combo my order so i paid $10 more than i should have, they also put cheese on a salad that doesnt even come with cheese(something i ordered specifically because im ALLERGIC

This is my third time going there chili is never warm always cold this time I asked them to warm it up not only is it still cold it is nasty it tastes like they did not put seasoning in it I will never go back I tried to tell them on my receipt but the link doesn’t work I could have saved my $7.05 for this little bowl of unhappiness

This was actually the WORST experience I’ve had a any Potbelly. Smh. I received my order and I didn’t realize it was wrong till I got in the car and bit into it. Took it back in and it took FOREVER to get my new order. I feel like since it took them forever to remake it, they should have offered some type of something. It could have been a bowl of soup, shake, chips or anything. Not a good experience at ALL!

I was there today lunch time. There was a gentleman in front of me that was being checked out and the guy behind the register the worker (Daniel) which is also the manager! was on his personal cell phone the whole time while checking out the customer. I find out the woman that was there as well the worker told him to get off the phone and she apparently is the Assistant manager. He ignored her and stayed on the phone while she jumped in and took over for me to check out. Will be calling to talk to Managers Boss. Very unprofessional.

Stupid girl at the counter tried overcharging me an extra sandwich. Pay attention to your receipts and don’t get ripped off like I almost did. Try Stealing $10 for me. You should be fired. Sandwichs was were made correctly but they put all Sandwichs on top of the Chips!!! Crushed!!
