We have always had great service until today. We ordered the loades fries with a double order of beef brisket Cindy Lou charged us a lot more than we usually get charged when go. When I asked about is she got upset about it. The customer next to me came over to me and commented how scary she was and she almost turned around and ran out the door. When we got home, the fries were hardly cooked. They were cold and soggy. We had to put them in our air fryer to cook them more. We will definitely be switching to Starbecks again.

First timer: immediately impressed with the building (inside and out) and welcomed with a smile. Delicious food, cold beer and a fun vibe. Only reason for 4 stars is two missed items on our order (from the order taker, not the kitchen staff) and one of the three sauces was completely empty. Both issues resolved easily. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully have a 5-star experience. I want this place to thrive. Update: Awesome response from the owner. Just changed my review to 5 stars. That’s how this should work. We will definitely be back… often.

Such a great place to eat with the family. The food is really good and fairly priced. There’s an outdoor seating area for larger groups of people.
The decoration inside is pretty fun; contemporary mixed with antique; wood, metals and old signs.

The Mac is so good here. My fiancé regularly comes to grab Mac before she goes to work and we finally got a chance to sit down here after months. The meat was good, the cornbread was awesome, and the Mac was great as expected.
It was around 20 bucks for both of us to eat and it was way more than enough. I like to make sliders, but you could literally mix it all together in a bowl and it’d taste like heaven with the spicy bbq. We ate on the patio while nobody else was out there and it felt very homey.

Very busy Friday night dinner so our food took awhile, but it was great. Kitchen was very busy with juggling the line of people in store, plus multiple pickups, but they got our order 100% correct and it was hot and tasty. Highly recommend the beans, mac n cheese, and coleslaw sides. Hot BBQ is a bit too sweet for me but the regular one was good. Portion of brisket for sandwich was great and it wasn’t 50% fat like you get at some places in the area. Always satisfied with my meals at Cindy Lou’s.

Found this place checking out UNI for the kid. My God this place is good! I wish we would have stopped here at the start of the trip. The big pig out supplies food for the entire family for days!

This place has some really amazing food. We’re regularly blown away when treating each other’s dishes. The atmosphere is really cool, as well. A unique experience, but comfortable and welcoming. Staff interaction is limited, as you order and pickup at the counter, but staff are usually pretty friendly. The only food option I don’t recommend is a salad, as they feel more like prepackaged after-thoughts. Everything else is amazing!

I had a brisket sandwich meal at Cindy Lou’s. The meat was quite soft, juicy and easy to chew. I would have appreciated more if they add some Tomato, onion and lettuce extra with some sauce. Sides like beans and fries were good in taste. They also serve cord bread along with which is sweet in taste. Overall a good experience!
