3.14.2024 Update with regards to the store owner’s reply: I am a healthy and happy person. Your comment is passive aggressive. It was not a mix-up. The protein powder is the actual name of the smoothie that I ordered. Do not concern yourself with my healthy diet. I have every right to choose what I put into my body. I simply wanted what I ordered. If your store did use the ingredients, I should have been told. There were four containers of Vanilla Lean 1 sitting on your shelf. I will contact the corporate office to handle this matter. You are in need of more training. I need protein to maintain muscle. I prefer delicious protein powders, not the cheaper chalky tasting ones.
3.9.2024 Store was clean. Employees were polite. Drive thru was busy. The young lady took my order for a Lean 1 smoothie. Unfortunately, the young man who returned from outside blended the wrong protein powder in my smoothie. It was well blended. I can always taste the difference when the wrong protein powder is used. Employees need to be aware that customers pay a lot of money for those smoothies. I follow a strict diet. Any anomaly compromises my protein intake. Maybe he should try a couple smoothies with each powder so he can taste the difference? In his spare time, he can recalculate my diet intake numbers.

I recently picked up a few milkshakes and was pleased to find that they had been properly stored in the refrigerator until my arrival. Milkshakes alwaus cold, fresh, and retain their excellent flavor. Strongly recommend.

I love this Smoothie King so much!!! Staff is amazing, they make great smoothies in a very quick amount of time. This store truly has a great atmosphere, I get greeted with a smile every time I come. I’ve never had a bad experience here, to say the least I will definitely be back.

Overall was okay, the bowl had good flavor but I am disappointed with the lack of fruit added to this bowl considering the price they charge for them. As you can see there is only four slices of banana in this and the same for the strawberries. The way they advertised these bowls is not at all what I got.

Best smoothie king I’ve ever been too in SC!! The manager Nina is so sweet and nice. You could tell she cares about customer service and quality of their product. Overall just an amazing experience and absolutely recommend!!

I walked into Smoothie King and stood there for 10 minutes with no one even trying to help me. There was only one other person inside and one in the drive-thru, so it’s not like they were overwhelmed. When I finally decided to leave, not a single employee acknowledged me or said a word. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be returning.

The smoothies I received in the drive through on May 29th were awful. I should have taken a picture or better yet return them but I didn’t. To sum it up we received what looked like pink milk for strawberry banana smoothies that cost us 18.95. The intent of this review is to encourage employees to take pride in their work and ask for help if you don’t know how to do something. I could not recommend this place.

Excellent customer service and very friendly! They serve with a smile and greet you immediately when you walk in! Very patient when trying to determine a new product or size of cup. My cup is EMPTY. Shredder is delicious with peanut butter!!
