Their subs are always top tier. I usually get the #56 The Big Kahuna and they’re always accepting my modifications (extra grilled onions and throw in some deli mustard when they’re grilling the meat). They have the mini mike deal which is great for my fiancée who wants a “girl dinner” lol. The vibe is always chill and it’s just a good spot to eat at.

Make sure to check your food before u leave here with it. Have messed up my sandwiches SEVERAL TIMES!!!! Got a veggie there today and there were out of green peppers and put the tiniest piece of cheese ever !!! Why would u even make my sandwich if the main ingredient is missing ? So dumb !! Need a refund. Employees are usually nice but were very rude when i told them my order was wrong. This location is slipping!!!!!

Got the Kahana sub to eat in. It was delicious as usual. Jersey Mike’s is my go to sub shop. Service was great the manager and staff were very friendly and funny. I did order the chicken Kahana and they cooked me a steak Kahana instead but it’s all good. It was delicious. All the tables were a bit dirty they should wipe down every once in a while for dine in customers.

This place is so unorganized. Whomever is managing this place needs to get ahold on their store. There is no consistency with ordering the food, telling the person what you want, and getting your food in an acceptable manner. They need a better system for their customers and they need a smoother transaction process. The employees seem stressed and it is causing them to be rude to customers. Not acceptable.

I ordered on the app for the first time to save some time with in store pick-up. I usually stand in line and wait, which can take some time during a busy lunch hours – not the store’s fault! I love the subs here, and I even tip at check out sometimes, which is crazy lol.
I was really let down with my online app order today. My sandwich was half the size than when I order in store! I love the subs here because they are decent size compared to Jimmy Johns and Potbelly. I’m really disappointment that I got cheated with my online order. Do better.

I came in store to order a chipotle cheese steak. The store was busy as usual, so I waited in line patiently. When I got my order, it was wrong, it was chicken… I told them I asked for steak, so they took the chicken order back. I paid and was not given a receipt… I stood for another 15 minutes waiting for my corrected order. I didn’t complain and just waited patiently for the cheese steak… When I got back to work to eat, my order was the original incorrect order, chicken! They didn’t even remake my order and made me wait an extra 15 minutes to give me the incorrect order. This place is horrible!

Decent subs and wraps. I wished they had cucumbers to put on the sandwiches. For me a Sandwich without Tomatoes and cucumbers is just not the same. Sometimes wait times can be too long. I think Manager needs to pay better attention to the cleanliness of the eating area when they get busy. No one wants to eat at a dirty table.

Ordered online for pick up and didn’t realize the bread on the two giant subs I bought were rock hard until after I got home. I guess I’m confused as to why staff thought it was okay to make and send out an order with overcooked crispy bread like that. Honestly disappointed.
