I’m headed there now cause I can’t get threw by calling to set up a party planner menu. They might miss out. On my business. My schedule is most important. That’s why I answer phone calls

My husband and I stopped here Thanksgiving Eve. There was only one employee working very hard to take orders; make sandwiches; and handle the register. Another employee was here; but I guess she did not see that it was a problem leaving him alone. This was NOT safe!!! Anyway, this young man worked very hard this evening and I pray that he gets a raise!!!

The service horrible, staff act as if we were an inconvenience to them. The food bar was filthy and looked as though it hasn’t been wiped down in months. The fountain drink machine was so nasty. Trash was on the floor and the vegetables were sloppy and meshed. The staff had to keep going to the back to get mustard, mayo, sweet onion sauce and had an attitude each time that they had to go in the back. This is my 3rd time in three weeks frequenting this restaurant and condiments are being kept in the back for some reason. When asked why do have to keep going to the back for our mustard, and sauces we were told, because they were being refilled. That was a lie, because as soon as they were done they took it all to the back again when they were already filled. The service was poor. The cleanliness was poor. My overall visit was poor. I don’t reside in Millen, GA but I visit this Subway location each time I am passing through. The service, cleanliness and vegetables use to be superb. I took pictures of how filthy and nasty the establishment was for your information.

Came here today and ordered a veggie sub. The young lady making the sandwich was extremely unprofessional, and combative when I asked to have the sandwich toasted. I’m not sure why, but she said she couldn’t toast it because it would break or something. Really confusing. She did not have a mask on, even though the sign outside says to wear a mask. The guacamole had cheese and onions from the other containers in it, and when I asked if there was any more guacamole she just said, “no”. As hungry as I was, I just told her that I would no longer like the sandwich, and I bought a few bags of chips for the road. After I left I came back to take pictures and ask for the franchise owner, and nobody was at the counter, and the line was still a mess. She gave me the name Janice Beard as the owner, and I’ll be writing her today. I like subway, and this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had.

This place doesn’t have all the ingredients they supposed to have to make the sandwiches that they advertise,or on the menu,they stop carrying some type of the cheeses they always carried ( like mozzarelka) makes no sense !!( Like how do you make a steak sandwich with out the mozzarella cheese!!) They could hire some other people to make the place look well ran,unsteady of just teenagers running the place that’s learning the work field. Subway really need to work on the places that’s not well ran,they can do this ,and they know which one they are,so come to millen ga. And do something with the store,our town it very small,but we are as you are we want well ran and clean places to eat at.and yes,,we may be lucky that you place a subway here,but still over we want the same services as the bigger cities gets. THANK YOU!

Don’t go unless you have a looooong time to wait and don’t care too much if the place and bathrooms are clean. Left without ordering after standing in line behind one person for 15 minutes.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. First, no personality or communication when we entered, no one spoke to us until we asked where do we order. Then, 2 of our 5 ordered were wrong. Girlfriend orders a pizza and wasn’t asked what she wanted on top other than cheese and they baked it without toppings then proceeded to tell her they couldn’t put toppings on it because it was already cooked, didn’t offer to make it right, then tried to charge her to put cheese on it again after she agreed to overcook the pizza to heat the veggies up so she said just leave the cheese off and they put it on anyways and charged her for it. Would not recommend!!!

The proprietor of this establishment displays a lack of professionalism and courteous behavior. Their demeanor towards both customers and employees is unsatisfactory. My visit on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, left me and my family feeling disappointed by the inadequate treatment received. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this particular Subway location and will not be returning. Improvements in customer service and fostering a more amicable work environment are paramount. The reputation of the Subway franchise is not upheld by the conduct observed at this outlet.
