The food here was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff was very polite and welcoming, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. Honestly, it doesn’t make sense to me how some of the reviews are negative, because my experience was nothing but positive from start to finish. Good service, great food, and a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back

Who ever is giving more than 1 star either works there or they’ve improved way more than I believe. Atmosphere was loud. When I told the person taking our order I couldn’t hear her, she gave me attitude about yelling. Heck, I could hardly hear anything over the music. Waited 45 minutes after placing our order. I can attest that 4 people left in disgust about the hour they waited. They gave me their receipt and told us to take it and they left. Ours wasn’t good and neither was theirs. One worker couldn’t keep her long nails from scratching her hair. Loud, slow, poor-quality food, and literally lousy people working when we “visited”. I might concede that they couldn’t get worse, it’s either the same or perhaps better. I will never know cuz we ain’t going back.

I ordered a steak.and cheese and i was the absolute worst sandwhich I ever had. Thought I’d give a second chance, ordered a corned beef sandwhich ..it had 6 tiny slices of meat and more lettuce then anything else. Horrible food, will never go there again

Was driving through Belhaven and saw their grqnd opening banner so I figured I tried them out. Ordered a hot sub and fries and it hit the spot. There were two other couples eating and I heard them say that they also liked their food and that the onion rings were really good. I ordered a slice of keylime pie to go for my wife. Can’t wait to try one bite of it.

If you want some freshly cooked food, with some amazing workers who try their best just to get thru the day and serve us then here is the right place. the food is amazing, belhaven hasnt seen anything like it, the food is actually real and i dont think everyone is realizing that. the cook really knows what he is doing really making that food with love! and he is there every single day making the best food he possibly can, great guy! anything you want on the menu and he will make is taste so beautiful ! cashiers 10/10, there is this one cashier who is there almost everyday keeping that place together, go show them some love and i promise you wont regret it !
